For those of you who do not speak Japanese, I will summarize the story for you. 

Six homosexuals, all of which are sexually frustrated from wearing their cocklocks for at least an entire week, meet up in a gay bathhouse in Shinjuku to have an orgy together. Unfortunately, this tease does not show any male-on-male raw butt sex, but it does however include some clever and engaging banter to help transition the bunch into what surely will be a grotesque, steamy, and likely violent sex party.
