What are YOU on about? The chief healer is the only "basic" villian. The chief healer is basic to you because there are many villains like that in other comics, greedy, selfish individuals. He's probably not the main threat the main character has to deal with. This manhwa has a cliche plot regarding fighting, but everything else is unique. So far, this is NOT a fighting manhwa. Or maybe that's not the main plot; it focuses more on the main character spreading medical knowledge. also regarding what you said about the princess, that's just how the princess personailty is. You could tell from the flashbacks. Not sure why that is such a big deal to you? and in terms of the bay area, If you were following the story, you would understand why they are discriminating against him. He suddenly became a noble and returned. In their eyes, he's just another greedy noble. They obviously wouldn't trust him, as all of the other nobles ignored their suffering and such.

I get your sentiment. I wouldn't give this one a 10 but i wouldn't just dismiss it either.
He is not your typical hero. he is a little idiot with a sincere heart with mortal needs.
He's not rushing through "levels" and overpowering everyone.
I thought the introduction of the 3rd prince was quite interesting.
i appreciate the little sprinkles of comedy and the appearance of the side characters that liven up the plot a bit (Hanson needs to be protected).
21 chapters are too soon to see where things are going- but i won't drop this one
