I just realized which character you were talking about. Yea, pretty much. Says he's a mob but does mc stuff. and the dirt his sister has on him is she had a stash of BL stuff which she kept in his room (not his apartment) and his mom found out thinking it was his. he tried to explain but she didn't listen. she blackmailed him by saying if you don't play this game I will make the BL situation worse with his mom. this was all explained in the manga but they skipped it in the intro of the anime
