Rin Kobayashi is the human reincarnation of a space alien who, after regaining his lost memories and psychic abilities, has the power to fly, levitate large objects and shoot energy beams in a world consisting of normal, powerless human beings. At eight years old he can use his extreme abilities to dominate others, including other reincarnated aliens twice his age.

Taro is a stone-cold badass who rides a bear around and laughs at the oni he destroys after he defeats them.

Ken Izumi is a 10-year-old kid with a belt that lets him turn light into laser guns. In each episode, he beats up evil aliens and their nefarious plans - even if it means using an old man as a bomb to kill his foes.

Miki Onimaru is bloodthirsty, invincible, and devastates all opponents with ease. The only thing she can't do is defeat her mother Makiko or deliver ramen on time.

Locke is the most powerful psychic in the universe. He can do anything that even remotely resembles psychic powers, and has the ability to defeat enemies in mass quantities, including a planet full of powerful psychics.

As the anime title suggests, Photon is an idiot, but he is by far the strongest person in the show, strong enough to wipe out a horde of giant alien robots without breaking a sweat. He is the only person in the world capable of moving through Aun's time stasis field.

Aimi Yoshizumi and Kaoruko Sashima are comically overpowered in their battle suits. They believe in extreme overkill, and despite being heroes, are famous for using so much firepower that they destroy the villains, the hostages, the police, civilians and the neighborhood at the smae time. They are totally unrepentant and believe that 'anything can be done in the name of justice'. When they arrive everyone just runs for their lives.

Alucard is a powered-up version of the legendary vampire Lord Dracula. He's a servant of the Hellsing organization and is meant to act as their sword and shield against enemy factions and the undead. He's invulnerable to conventional weapons, and can dispatch enemies with his two handguns, or by shapeshifting into bats, dogs and other beings. At his full potential Alucard is immensely overpowered - not even the sun can hurt him.
