Starving Anonymous and Lili-Men are very similar to start - people feeding out of tubes are human livestock, lots of gore, etc. Lili-Men goes into a different direction but they have a similar vibe and tone.

While I didn't read much of Zero Game yet, it seems to have very similar themes as Tower of God. Players are in a high stakes game situation and need to clear many challenges using strange, almost magic-like powers. If you liked one try out the other.

These are two very disturbing manga that involve people being kept as livestock, and are filled with overly explicit content that's gratuitious just to be gratuitous. SA is waaaaaay worse with the gratuitousness though.

Both manga have people being kept for nefarious purposes for fantastical beings. Human Ranch is way more ecchi and gross, but very similar themes in both.

Excessive gore/body horror, people getting obliterated by giant creatures, random ecchi that isn't necessary, etc. Island of Giant Insects is closer to something like Cage of Eden but it and Gajuu definitely will appeal to a similar audience.

Green Worldz is just a lot better than Gajuu, but both have creatures that start eating people and are gruesome thrillers. Gajuu is waaaaay more over the top (not in a good way) so consider it more of a cautious recommendation for Green Worldz, while the other way around is a stronger rec.

Very rarely have I read manga that are too explicit even for me - these are two of them. Pretty different plots and Starving Anonymous turns it up to 11 with the body horror even moreso, but both will appeal to the same audience. Hardcore horror and "sort of" survival elements.

Two excessively over-the-top gory manga that are outrageously gruesome just to be gruesome, plenty of monsters eating/killing people also. Definitely two similar manga.

Judge is more of a high stakes games manga, but it has a similar feel with a group of people that suspect each other/are trying to figure out a mystery of sorts. From the little I read of this manga, Judge is a lot better anyways. Try it out.

If you're looking for a well-animated, gorgeous indie short (or set of shorts!) these two anime are fantastic. The Angler has an actual story, but both were amazing watches.
