Basically, 86 Season 1 is Fate/Zero and Season 2 is Fate/Stay Night.  Enjoyable, but very typical shounen anime, which is a disappointment after the amazing buildup and premise of the first season. Frederica was the biggest drawback for me as she seemed to have crash-landed from a different, cookie-cutter anime altogether.  If they had switched the main character to Lena in the 2nd season, it would’ve launched the show outside of the stereotypical shounen hemisphere and been an extraordinary ride.
