I have been watching anime for a very long time now that I cannot even remember when I started, but I can still remember that I used to go home straight from school just to watch anime on TV.

I grew up watching animes One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Fushigi Yuugi, Shakugan no Shana, Code Geass and many more.
Although I was not able to finish some of the animes I mentioned since I have to rely on TV to watch them and there were no other means for me to watch them online.

I am still fond of watching animes until I was in college. I actually never stop from watching anime but then I started to read manga. I got hooked in reading mangas and eventually started to learn more about it.

I started to learn the Japanese culture and its language though I find it really difficult to understand.

One of the anime that I would never forget it is Tokyo Ghoul. I love how this anime and its manga tackles issues regarding survival. This world is full of vicious souls who would do everything to devour people of the lowest ranks and be at the top. It's real. It's vivid. It is something that everyone should know. I know other animes have the same theme but there is just something different about Tokyo Ghoul that got me hooked into it. I prefer to read the manga because I love how Ishida-sensei foreshadows philosophical views in each chapter.

If you will ask me what my favorite anime is, I would definitely say that it is the anime movie "Whisper of the Heart". No doubt about it. Why? I have watched this movie for so many times at different pace of my life and I have never get tired of it. Same emotions, same dreams, and same realizations.
This anime taught me to chase my dreams and never be afraid of making mistakes along the way. It taught me that it's okay to push your limit. We sometimes find what we love to do if we are pressured. We ought to think beyond what we can. This movie taught me that it's okay to take my own time and never be in a hurry. It taught me everything I want to learn in chasing my dreams.

I am still dreamless. I still don't know what I want to do with my life but I am okay with it. I am slowly taking little steps towards the goal of finally having my own dreams.

I think I have said a lot. HAHAHA!
