So, I will start by saying that I've seen 2.5 episodes so far. I had to stop in the middle of the second episode to write this. 

I honestly, cannot understand how this show has any good ratings. I mean, if you wanted pantie shots and ero fan service, there are much better anime out there, like Interspecies Reviewers. This anime is just another leapfrog shounin with half-cocked action sequences. The story is so boring and seethrough, you would have more fun throwing a wet t-shirt on a cactus. 

I got through the first episode and I thought, "Ok, interesting idea, poor execution, hopefully second ep will improve things". Nope. Second episode brought out the leapfrog mechanic that infuriates me. Oh no, the enemy is almost killing me? Let me just have an emotional sequence that the audience can't relate to and then I'll be 100 times stronger thanks to the power of <insert emotion>. Because that makes sense. Dragon Ball is notorious for leapfrogging, but they have great dialogue and humor to fill in the gaps. World Break does not. The pink haired girl is so obnoxious I can't wait for her to shut up. The main character is so oblivious, it's like the writers read a book on awful anime tropes.

Ok, I'm done ranting. TLDR; want an anime with no story and sorta good occassional ero scenes? Bingo. But honestly, Bible Black has a better story than this one does. Go watch that instead.
