The Dungeon Seeker

Jun 30, 2019

if you like to torture yourself with EVERY SINGLE negative feelings that are humanly possible (except for shame), then you've come to the right place. reading this manga is the equivalent to going through a mid-life crisis while being a single mother with 3 deviant malnourished kids and having a minimum wage job. or doing a 5 hours marathon of emo music in a dark gloomy room.

the point is, if you are not into feeling those kind of shit, then don't read this. but if you are, then you'll enjoy this (you god damn masochist)

that being said, if you like the feeling of rapid advancement & growth, you'll surely love this manga. just don't expect too much flower & teddy bear.

dude isekai-ed to a dungeon & trapped there. it's really magical to think that they actually able to make this kind of "confined in a place" work without making everything feels like a protagonist getting a random new harem from the street.

enjoyable, easy on the eye, makes sense. overall it's well executed.

interesting. they set up the feeling for the characters really well. they don't seems like they're shoved into your face. which is a huge point for this kind of manga

overall: good read if you are into those stories with negative emotion atmosphere &/ rapid progressions. i personally don't really enjoy this but i can see the charm in it. i still finished this though so i can say that this worth a shot.

6/10 story
7/10 art
6/10 characters
6/10 overall
