Absolutely awesome!!! It's a comedic masterpiece. Loved every bit of reading it.  The characters are fun, exciting. The story does not drag. Football is awesome. Grassrolling is even better. If you read it you'll enjoy it for real. It's when Real Man meets Greatest Estate Developer. I cried laughing.

Young Master Is Too Righteous

Well you already know what i will say. Good premise, bad execution. As always. Having a system that forces MC to do evil things but MC is constantly mistaken and actually do good things can be pretty interesting if done well. That means author must be really good at writing comedy to make the jokes land and the story flow. This is unfortunately a manhua. I don't need to say more. read at your own risk.

Love love this story! FL feels so relatable, a real obsessed romance reader like all of us! This story is funny, full of intense second hand embarrassment and ML is great for hilariously going along for the ride. I look forward to each chapter each week - this just makes my day! It's now going to my great re-reads list! 🔥

One of my favorite romance manga's so far, interesting characters, a world built near perfectly, and relatable moments. I wouldnt say im a big fan of slowburns but holy shit this just hits hard, each character was interesting while not being blandly perfect, they had their own flaws, their own strengths which just made them feel more like people, it was like watching actual people and not just overly exagerated characters, the art was just as amazing, the characters designs representing their characters perfectly, and the author managed to give the world around them life, making it seem like the world was... Ice Lamp: The Chronicles of Kira

this story deserves so much more recognition! this is definitely not yout typical female knight undercover manhwa. this manhwa represented an environment thay was much realistic for an era like that.  it revolved around the FL trying to rise higher to evade all the partiality faced by commoners. The story didn't show only romance but rather a political situation. The FL was just trying to discover where her true self lies. Sacrifice, hierarchy, war, peace most importantly devotion. The devotion of the FL towards the ML was admirable. it was not in a clingy way but rather in a way most of us might... See full review

I hate that massive cliffhanger that we were left on hopefully more chapters are released soon!!! I love how much our baby moon has grown hopefully this stupid system stops risking his life and just let our poor king take a break and relax for once!!! A Journey Through Another World: Raising Kids While Adventuring

RavensFlight's avatar
Apr 18, 2024

Family! Adventures! COZY CUTE EXPLORATION!!! It's got it all! It's so cozy and happy and it's great! Sure it's just your every day generic isekai, but now there are cute kids involved! And I don't mean slave children or lolis or overly mature kids, they're bona fide actual little kids doing little kid things. Seriously it's nothing special but that's what makes it special.

The Diary of a Middle-Aged Teacher's Carefree Life in Another World

RavensFlight's avatar
Apr 18, 2024

Note that I do believe this is the better version of this story, the other one had way worse pacing imo. He's teaching other people how to be strong instead of striving for power himself, cool! Nothing very special happens and the concept isn't super new, but it's still cool. To be entirely honest not a lot of this manga makes sense logistically, and it's not particularly interesting, so him teaching people things is the only thing it's got going for it. I can't say nothing unique happens in this manga because it certainly does have some more out there events, but they're just twists on things that are... See full review

Attouteki Gacha Un de Isekai wo Nariagaru!

RavensFlight's avatar
Apr 18, 2024

This is... Weird. The main character being a sexual predator in the first few chapters was... A choice. He's not the worst one out there but I don't like him. I like the idea of them bugging out the system but it's really not taken advantage of, instead it just conveniently explains why the goddess isn't op and he is. The gacha system is strange but cool. Very video game-esque. A pretty generic harem isekai for a large majority of the story, but the gacha plot point *is* something a little different. It doesn't really add anything because everything is decided by the author so we don't get the real gacha... See full review

Its cliche and it knows it. It does that thing where it goes over the concept of isekai SUPER quickly for anyone who doesn't know the genre well because it knows we all already know. It is generic to the max. Has not a single detail I can mention that sets it apart. Literally not a single unique aspect. It is perfectly 100% middling at the moment.

A Near-Death Experience Is a Cry for Love

RavensFlight's avatar
Apr 18, 2024

Even as someone who does not read BL by choice, I could tell this was incredibly cliche. I've had my fanfiction moments, and it hits the tropes. But it's not... Bad. It's ugly sometimes that's for sure, I like the art style usually but it's got a lot very... Wet art going on in those "important" moments. Otherwise it's just your run of the mill typical romance wish fulfillment type story that's pretty sweet so... Yeah. It's cuter than it has any right to be, and I think that the plot is actually kind of cool. I'd personally recommend skipping the "important" parts, but I think most... See full review

It's another reincarnated into a game world post the players all leaving. Awesome! Love it! It raises so many questions and creates a big ol mystery! The characters and action are honestly pretty mid, but the premise is just so cool. And this manga actually knows what it wants to do and keeps at it. The story is focused, and the end goals are pretty clear despite the mystery going on. Just pretty solid, pretty good. Personally I don't think it's like super amazing and something that I look forward to reading every time, but I'm not bored. So technically it might deserve a higher rating but this is all... I've gotten so lucky with this set of reviews! Another absolute banger from the genre. A cute and fun adventure of boyfriends! (who are clarified to just be friends who all happen to be boys). I love the choice to have someone isekai'd from a fantasy world to another fantasy world; these stories exist but they're much less common. I love how the main character is such a little rat bastard and how he interacts with everyone! The side characters are adorable! This is such a fun cozy little adventure! The stakes are below low, and it means it can focus on the important things like exploring and hanging out... See full review

This is pretty cool. It's all about running a magical market and printing press! That's such a unique and fun idea! It's got that "monster of the week" vibe with the problems they face and it makes it feel so cozy and casual. You get to watch things grow and people be affected in positive ways. It's short and sweet and is a perfect example of what the isekai genre needs.

I mean, they go to another world. And the vibes might not be isekai, but they're absolutely fantastic. It has that... Early SCP, backrooms, creepypasta feel. See, this world is alien and confusing, but it quite clearly follows a set of rules that we just don't understand. It's not random for the sake of random. Things are unsettling but they aren't designed to just be modern "scary". The MC has a strange fascination with the place and an unusual personality to match, which is complimented so well by her "equally weird but in an entirely different way" girlfrie- I mean partner in crime. The Reincarnated Prince Becomes an Alchemist and Brings Prosperity to His Country

RavensFlight's avatar
Apr 18, 2024

Starts off with pretty good vibes. Feels like it might have a nice craft and development focused plot, some kingdom building, lil bit of forbidden knowledge. Unfortunately they gloss over the alchemy... Very sad. Luckily, we do get crafting and kingdom building! Just ignore the romance between a child and a reincarnated adult. It's a common occurrence. Instead, feel those VIBES! That's right, we got some good vibes going. Not much is happening, and that's exactly what we need. The story is about... Progress, not events. There's no one moment where a thing happens. Whether is keeps it up into the future is... See full review

The New Gate

Apr 18, 2024

In my opinion? Super cool premise. We have an SAO style isekai adjacent death game, and then actual isekai! The idea of a world that still remembers the players is really cool, and though it's not unique that doesn't matter in the end. It's unfortunate that's really all it's got going for it, but that's still something! It manages to end up pretty generic save for the occasional cool vibe where it feels like the mc has returned to somewhere that's changed so much in the time he was gone. Unfortunately most of the time it just feels like he's in a different world that's like the game he played, and a few of... See full review

OVERPOWERED X EDGY PEAK? not really. It's bad.  Let me just say I have nothing against overpowered or Edgy MCs, but this one just gets too overpowered too quickly and it's just... Boring. The nanomachines are just a straight up cheat code for MC, it is capable of scanning all kinds of information and implementating it directly to the user's brain. Basically there is little to no effort being exerted by the protagonist in learning ANYTHING AT All. The nanomachines just do it for him. Not to mention it's capable of healing any sorts of injuries.  Him being edgy at the beginning was alright, need... See full review

The fact that the real world also has magic when he comes back, he didn't remember anything from the real world is something that makes me lose interest in the story. I would appreciate much more if the author crated a story where he comes back and uses his powers to help his family or something, and then later on if the author is feeling really uncreative he could introduce power in the real world to create some challenges to the mc. But since he does it right of the bat it's a no for me.

One of my favourite manhwa of all time! It's just perfect, it has everything you could want, including: -MC is clever, sometimes childlike (and she has good explanation for it), very cute, makes her own decisions and doesn't let others put her down. There wasn't a moment where MC does something just because male lead or father wanted her to, she makes her own choices and isn't dependand on male characters. -Other characters are likeable, but also every one of them has his own story; they have their own lives which don't focus on MC all the time. I really tried to give this one a try but it just isn't it. I dropped it after 101.  If your reading this review before reading it I guess it contains spoilers. The plot is like really rushed and really repetitive. The MC randomly gets a system one day and decided to just accept it and become a bredder in a few seconds. He goes and takes a test, he passes with flying colors and gained another monster. He gets a clinic and apparently charges 3 times a regular breeder would. I stole this comment but it sums up my thoughts. Everything after the timeskip feels so forced. The earlier engagement could have been substituted out for a wedding and would have been a better ending. Then, we could have used the allocated chapters for this arc to do side stories. Hell, make the random sick arc being about her pregnancy instead so we can add children to the epilouge. Everything just feels so disjointed and out of nowhere compared to earlier arcs. The plot wasn't that good, it was more slice of life than romance at some parts. What I didn't hated most though was that he prevented her... See full review

The good thing is, that the MC is quite ruthless and certainly not a stupid idiot. Fitting for that scenario. The bad thing is, well, it's a trashy apocalypse/zombie manhua. With levels and superpowers and all the other stuff you've seen plenty already. Not that I'm complaining about copy-cat manhuas. The more the merrier, I guess, but all of them are just the same trash. By that I mean: drawing style chapter length (= very short) "story" pacing (= rushed) characters (good ones = group members in next 1-2 chaptes, bad ones = enemies dying in next 1-2 chapters, other ones = dying for plot in... It'a one of the sweetest yet the most real BL I ever read, maybe because the author also noted that it was inspired from a lot of their real life experiences and people around them. It gives off similar storytelling vibe with Until I Meet My Husband. The story validates that eventually romantic relationship between adults are down to the cravings to love and be loved. I hope there will be a sequel, but even if it's not it makes me wish happiness for the main couple. Can't recommend it enough.

Sigh. I already had a very heated debate with the series "I am the fated villain" regarding this topic but here we go again. There is a R*** scene in the first 2 chapters of this manhua. So I immediately stopped reading it.

I Know MC is a villain, and is supposed to do villain things but I'll repeat what I said for that other story. We are used to see characters die and get killed in media. We are used to seeing torture to some extent. It is wildly accepted in society, don't ask me why, that media depicting scenes or murder are more acceptable than R**. In the same way you will 100% be... See full review

Solo Leveling

I just finished the manhwa yesterday and wanted to sit on it for a bit. It is GOOD, and while I agree with the negative and positive comments, I'll admit I'm biased since I've never sat down and finished a story exactly like this. If the rumor is true (it would explain a lot) the OG author passed away part way through Solo Leveling. If this is actually what happened, then I've got to say that the studio did a good job picking up where the author left off. (I'm purposefully being vague in the rest of this to avoid spoilers.) The Story: From what I understand, the general premise of Solo Leveling isn't... See full review

I'm not one to compare stories but since Overlord became a hit 10 years ago there have been an insane amount of stories with "dark" MCs who are demon lords or something similar. Few, if not any even maneged to be remotely interesting even though the concept in itself lets you do many things. This one decided to take the comedic route. Again, few stories manage to be actually funny. This one is not. It's cheap forced humor. The squeleton soldier is like Brook in One Piece, we've already seen that. The maid demon is like 101 template of demon lords for some reason so boring as well. MC is a plank. I... See full review

The story progresses more after Chapter 10, but before that is just the absolutely foul r*pe scene in chapter 2 that was treated as comedic and almost spoiled the whole manga for me. I only pushed through because I just loved the art and desperately wished it wouldn't be like the other fetishizing BLs. And well, I got what I wanted. Tbh, I only got through chapters 1-10 because I've read worse BL with even more abusive tropes ever since I was young and impressionable so I'm desensitized, but that doesn't mean I wanted to read the same horribly writen slop again now that I'm 22. This was pretty good. The story was interesting, the characters kept my attention, and the art style was done very well. Do-Wook Seo is a handsome and popular young man who is in love with his older step-sister, Gayoung Han - Do-Wook's father married Gayoung's mother when they were still kids. When Gayoung's mother tragically passed away, the two made a promise to always be together no matter what - and Do-Wook took that promise to heart. But not long after, Do-Wook's father marries another woman, who turns out to be rather wicked and abuses Gayoung whenever she can (though it's actually from pure jealousy... See full review

it's sad, beautiful and heartwarming at the same time.  there's good character development, and the plot progresses at a nice pace. some spoilers ahead. this manga needs a content warning for s**ual assalt. i disliked how the situation with their senpai (forgot his name) was resolved. he's literally obsessed with Misaki. he's stalking him and calling him multiple times a day. at the beginning it's mentioned/suggested that he se**ually assaulted Misaki more than once. the story isn't bad itself, but the boss is such a terrible person that it made me dislike it. it made me angry. but if you don't care about the story having an awful character that does nothing to redeem himself, go for it. the title is really accurate, the boss is indeed despicable. there's literally nothing likable about him. he's a rude, egoistical man. he treats Momose like sh*t. he has no consideration for Momose's feelings. poor Momose deserved better. he's feeling sad all the time.

TLDR; It's a pure comedy, even if it's not tagged as such. Comedy is literally all there is to this story. It was funny for a short while, but like every other manhwa/manhua with such an unrealistically dense and idiotic MC, the fun parts quickly lost its humor and became repetitive and annoying. Well, that's just my opinion and you have your own. Humor is very personal, so you might still like it. I've read 10 chapters, then needed to pause (because it became repetitive and boring). I liked her father, the archmage's character out of all. There are 3 MLs literally and the story didn't show the end with 'the one'. She seriously should've remained dead in that casket, or had that blue haired guy die in her place, not like anyone would miss him. The idea of this story is unique - not commonly found in this genre. That said, the middle part of the story reeeeeaaaallllyyy drags, and puts off the reveal and adds filler plot! The first part and last part of this story was good - the FL is adorable, the mystery is interesting and the Garden games feels like the female nobility version of hunger games. The last part suddenly has lots of action unveiling to a (overly) quick resolution. Despite the romance tag, the story suffers from not showing enough bonding between the two main leads, it just jumps into them liking each other.

The MC is not as dense as other reviews make him seem. This is an omegaverse and he's a beta while the ML is an alpha so it makes sense that he doesn't even let himself think of having a relationship  with him outside of sex.

I'm only dropping this after chapter 30 because the ML got all overly possessive and rapy. Like if he just confessed things would have moved in a completely different direction.

the art is amazing though

This is the story of a quack that gets reincarnated into a medieval europe fantasy world and use traditional Chinese medecine. Do I need to go on about how just this setting is already bad? I absolutely do not mind acupuncture and the like in a Wuxia or Murim story because it fits perfectly. But what's the use of having them in a world of magic, potion making and similar stuff? It feels so out of place. I've noticed it with manwha where they bring martial arts things to a western world setting and it doesn't match. That aside, MC and all the other characters in this story are annoying. Over the top humor... See full review

Could be so much better. It's finished but it looks like a prologue... No characters development, no explanation, no real endings (like with what kind of life they want, the problems with family, school, friends etc...) nothing. It's very frustrating because it end when it was just about to start, so it's a big nope for me

I was looking for another yuri story to spend time, and ended up reading this one. At first, I didn't get into the story cause it was so different from other GL I used to read... but it turned out to be one of my favourite !

It's my first psychological story, but it was a great one. The art is also quiet different from others and I really enjoyed how it all fit together to create the story.

These are real people, with real unlogical behaviour. The author really managed to understand and show obsessive and manipulative love ! The rhythm, the art, the characters and even the... See full review

This manwha is so good! I usually hate whenever an apocalypse story has a viewership setup with donations, divinities and chat rooms. It's usually pretty messy with subpar internet culture slangs of the originating countries. I once read a manhua like that and more than half of the content was inside jokes. Here the chat function is pretty tame. Another thing that don't like is wehn MC has to slave away to satisfy the viewers. you read a fantasy story to see a cool MC and luckily this one serves. Finally, we have some kind of dual MC even if one is clreary the main character of our story. I find it... See full review

I'd picked this up thinking it was a wholesome one lol. I'd enjoyed this manga, its an emotional read. My only critique is the plot points and nuancing of the events in the story. in retrospect if I were to tell you all of the main themes in the story you'd either raise an eyebrow or be interested in reading it. On paper, it sounds like a great idea. The only problem is the murky and muddy transitions as well as it's "WTF does that mean/WTF is going on" factor. The author had great ideas, I wished it would've gotten a better execution. Overall, you're not missing much. But id heavily... See full review

Every character has their own motivation for doing thigs which shows how good this was written with great character development . The only thing you will not enjoy is the ending as it seemed rushed and inconclusive. They left so many questions unanswered hopefully they are answered in future

This is romance done right in my opinion. It's very light hearted with warm moments here and there. Just a fun banter between two people. No useless drama or annoying character development. I truly enjoy this. And the Fantasy part  of it takes most of the screen time as well which is nice. You get fantasy, battles, a good plot and some light romance, the perfect story. I honestly loved it so much, binged the entire thing over a few hours because its so addicting. The common trope of miscommunication just doesnt exist in this making it better, it had amazing backstories and a beautiful slowburn that ended with your face being bright red and grinning. I can't wait for season 2 as those 80 chapters passed by so quickly and ended on such a cliff hanger that makes it even more exciting for when it comes out in the near future. I loved how chill the mc's families were and how they added a side couple but didnt let the whole thing be consumed by them. There is very little angst... See full review

[Reviewed at Chapter 80 - S1] This is a fairly average manhwa, with elements that we've seen in other manhwa/manga - player stuck at level 1, dimensional trading (like in The Lord of Coins), terminally ill parents, the usual association vs guilds drama, jealous players trying to kill MC etc - all of which we've seen about a million times now. In fact there's almost nothing original about this manhwa. To make things worse, the artwork is far below average - a 3.5/10 IMO. It sort of gets better in the middle, but towards the later chapters in S1, it somehow gets even worse, almost as if the artist... See full review

The ex was annoying and I wondered why he was given time in the first place. Seunghyun and Hojun kept allowing him to be close and all up in their business.  Secondly the drunk scene felt uncomfortable since you cant really consider that consensual.  Lastly the story was mid. There wasn't much substance. The main characters relationship development wasn't bad but wasn't good enough. If the ex wasn't there so often to fill up pages, I don't think the story would be this long. It'd be more of a short story with a straight line than anything else.

Kind of interesting plot, it seems pretty unique and the servants are making it actually pretty funny. Despite being an isekai, it's kind of got a YA shifter fantasy vibe going on, which is weirdly welcome. There's even an interesting meta plot running! The ML is a bit young for our mc but we ignore it we ignore it we ignore it. The dog past unfortunately doesn't last long but they never let the romantic interest stay an animal for any length of time. There's a love triangle that is just ugly and unneeded, and the ml gets super clingy and annoying. But we cope. Might get good, who knows. The really funny... See full review

Revenge fantasy, "evil" main character, noble goal, occasional humour, etc etc. Frankly, it's Overlord but better. Sorry not sorry. This one even has better subordinates. Just remember that these aren't based in history at all, and corsets were so feminist that the patriarchy had to trick women into thinking they were horrific torture devices created by men to control them, just so the women would start dressing more modestly. The premise has placed the story in the middle of a story that we haven't gotten to read. The people surrounding the mc are boring and we barely get to know them since they're already his servants at the start of the book. While eventually they get their own arcs, it feels so B plot and you just want it over and done with because they've *already* introduced these characters and *already* expected you to know them from the first chapters. [Reviewed at Chapter 115 - S3]  This is a somewhat flawed but overall interesting manhwa with some unique elements, and a lot of potential. The concept of interdimensional trading is pretty unique and the overarching storylines/arcs are also engaging enough to look forward to. I like MC's stint at the academy, his behind-the-scenes business dealings, and the idea of manipulating and bringing over villains to his side, instead of just blindly killing them. What unfortunately lets this manhwa down is the OP-ness of the interdimensional trading, to the point where at many times it's a bit... See full review

Basically the main girl Rosa turns out to be Blackdog, someone the police thinks is a criminal due to a series of unfortunate misunderstandings (she's hella awkward and can't express herself well). The main guy, Doryeong, is one of the officers in the police, and he's also equally awkward. The story’s initial season (Chapter 1-38) provided a revenge plot with an exceptionally cathartic impact. Callie’s character development kept me captivated, and the well-paced storytelling led me to finish the story in one sitting. Unfortunately, the story seriously declined in quality after the first season. The author thought it was somehow wise to provide the magical girls with a backstory and attempt to justify their sadistic and megalomaniac tendencies. However, this only resulted in creating plot holes and diminishing reader engagement from the initial season. For instance, there was a... See full review

I personally am in awe of how much thought the author has put into the not just the story and the characters, but also the political system and strategies of war.  The story follows two men and their journey as they rise to the top amidst political intrigue, conspiracies and war. The romance is breathtaking and toe-curling, and the relationship of our two leads is very much present and is one of the important driving factors of the story, but it is not the plot. Even though I'm rating this rather poorly I'll say I would still recommend it as a comfort read, if you squint that is. First off, the story doesn't make sense, a lot of it is the classic 'they're doing this because they love MC and they crazy!', but it also argues that some events happen either way. Like what do you mean? Also, and this irked me a bit, while this manhwa focuses on war and other more intense events, no one who matters to the story is killed. Or get an injury that impacts the story? It removes all the feeling of suspense when the author attempts to create it. A lot of character developments... See full review

Overall it was an ok to good manga, but it stopped without the plot being fully wrapped up. It finished an arc with questions left unanswered and the authors afterword saying to read the novel. I would expect a manga to complete the story. Since this manga just said read the novel it is getting heavily marked off for story bringing the overall rating down as well. I usually like looking to the ending in leaving a rating, but I cannot do that here. Characters were average, though there were some twists. These were unexpected but at times also felt forced and not adequately foreshadowed for the female... See full review

I've read this manhwa twice now, and it hits the same every time. It's one of the most beautiful stories I've ever read. Their passion and desperation is felt in every panel, the art fits the story perfectly and projects the most fitting atmosphere.

there might be some spoilers in the rest of the review:
I do feel like the crime side of the story ended up unresolved but it makes sense since it was an old case and lacked evidence. Still sucks cuz we all know who it was but justice didn't play out.  before reading the side story I was literally thinking the next comic by the author... See full review

There are enough characters with defined personalities. The story is linear and there is a clear progression with visible advances. The first couple chapters are a bit oddly paced but that's probably the author trying to feel the waters. After like the first 5 chapters, there is a consistent pace. The humor is a bit dirty at first but it then rises to that of typical romance humor. There are some odd details but that's almost all recognizable anime/manga. It's a great read, I enjoy the characters, and I like the pacing (basically no bs drama)  I would reccomend if you dislike annoying... See full review

I thought that I could get through this manwha, it's not often I drop romance manwhas. However, I found 50 Tea Recipes from the Duchess to be so, so boring. I started this months ago, and I just could not get the motivation to read more of it. The story felt really dry and the characters flat. It's certainly not the worst romance manwha I've read but I cannot get through almost 150 chapters of this. All that really went on in what I read was just that she makes tea, connects with people and people like her more. That was really about all it was. And I found that to be pretty boring. There's also Jin-Woo the young professor who is in love with Jae-Hee but accept the facts he's in love with Dobin. I didn't liked some characters much tho! Jae-Hee was tooooo uncomfortable and weird idk how to explain it! The story tho was very short but still 10 enjoyable chapters >w< Anyways I really liked it even tho Dobin was a bit too immature yeah. Still it was amazing for me. But the art was bad :c

With high expectations from the renowned One Punch Man creator, I anticipated a similar level of greatness from this series. However, after reading the first few chapters, I realized I was completely mistaken. This story has what I call "MHA Syndrome": an oversupply of 2 dimensional characters with flat traits. The sTory also does not dedicate enough time to developing the major characters and their challenges, which leads to a lack of emotional interest in them. For goodness sake, even in the first chapter, exposition dump after exposition dump makes this plot feel rushed. This story art and... See full review

I've basically finished this series, and ultimately it doesn't have much of anything to offer, aside from oodles of sexual tension, some decent faces, and a female lead that can dish out violence. It consists of one joke repeated for 74 (admittedly short) chapters. That's being a bit unfair though, since the joke aside they devote a few chapters to fleshing out how the two leads are perfect and sexy and better than everyone around them. The series doesn't offer any cultural insight into feudal Japan or any exploration of what an arranged marriage means for the people who undergo them. It doesn't really... See full review

Character-wise, I loved the FL as she is decisive, smart, and witty, and acts swiftly to solve the empire's problems. Meanwhile, the ML is so funny and entertaining and whipped for the FL. Initially, I thought he was a trash ML and almost quit the story, because his first impression was so misleading and horrible. But overall, he isn't a bad guy, and I really like his character. Here this goes. From a critic point of view this has a few issues, but from a readers point of view, I frankly don't care. Yes the relationship building is a bit fast because they loved each other in their past life, and while only the FL remembers the ML definitely feels a compelling force to continue to love her even if he doesn't remember. Kind of like a subconscious reaction. Through all that though this is absolute fluff. Pure and unfiltered cozy feelings and smiles,  so I totally recommend if you have a bad day or just want to hide under a blanket.

Yes I would admit that the characters are a little basic and some limits for the mc aren't clearly described making her super overpowered in theory. [read till chapter 37] Finally a story with no overbearing douche, I got sick of the cold overbearing northern duke troupe long ago. But this manhwa gives you a cutie pie as a northern duke.  You get a pretty heart throb female lead, and freaking adorable male lead in the skin of a northern duke.  Just read it, it's a light read with cuties everywhere.

Fun to read, good mc, and I like where the story is going (as of ch 92). The mc is not good at fighting, I know 90% of people reading these types of manhwas always want the mc to just one shot everything with his braindead op abilities. This is not gonna happen here so if that's all you care about this is not for you. My biggest complaint is that the odds are unbelievably bad yet the main character's plot armor is the thickest I've seen, I guess that's just something you have to accept when reading this. The characters all have depth and character developement. Overall I think it's worth your time and... See full review

I remember reading this as a kid and not really understanding why the characters acted the way they did and honestly, even now as a 20 year old, I still dont completely understand it. Despite this, I feel as though the ending was satisfactory...enough and made complete sense considering the timeline of events leading up toward it. I was not too fond of all the exaggerated drama which was added for the sake of drama since it didnt really add much to the story itself.  I actually read this right after finishing Nana and Paradise Kiss; series I had also watched in my teenage years. QRD:It's a decent fantasy story that has the usual tropes and cliches but it's not terrible compared to its fellow contemporaries. The art is nice. The pacing isn't terrible, but the relationships and interactions between the characters can be grating. A lot of these stories filter a lot of casuals who have an aversion to reading in any form. It's better you stick to the more easily digestible stuff like Mob psycho 100, One-Punch Man or KonoSuba. Ya know, run of the mill overrated Isekai, action or fantasy shit for people scared of colorless pages lmfao. Overall it's a decent time killer, it's not that deep... See full review

Go Siwon is the cutey main character that blushes, feels awkward, frightens everytime his bf says romantic things! Ugh! And Kang Jinha who is his bf is a jealous bastard and a softie at the same time! Then in chapter 40 the antagonist named Lu Xuan Run shines! A lot!! He is a bully who wants to destroy their life and take Kang Jinha as his own. Are you kidding me Rn?! The best characters were: Donghyun Jang, the MC's best... See full review

A very whoelsome story about two single fathers supporting each other and Izumi helping Asakura find his smile again after loss and their two very very adorable little boys (Motoki is so cute with how loud and energetic he is, I couldn't help but smile at his panels). Honestly heartwarming seeing all of their different vulnerabilities in different scenarios.   I don't particularly love that Asakura lost his wife in such close timeline to meeting Izumi but I see the way the story handles that and I love their open conversations.  A fluffy comic with two ordinary people... [Dropped by chapter 12] Average and typical. This manhwa is basically a shounen manga.  Here's why: - MC is a regular school kid with a little special something (here he does a bunch of sports and martial arts but always fat) - MC gets dragged into something and forced to accept it when there's no reason to (Here's he's dragged to demon world, forced to accept he's a demon and forced to fight for demon lord position when it's not needed. There's no logic here. If demons include him then it's extra competitions, if they don't, they don't lose anything. But I bet that later on we discover the... See full review

The story is getting more intense. The plot is pretty similar to other reincarnation/system manhwas, although the status system itself isn't used as much as the quest part of the system. This does make the story feel slightly broken up as the MC's progress is mostly just given in small passages like "I practiced a lot to get here" but nothing is actually shown.

the art is actually amazing.  There are moments where the characters' looks and characteristics really come to life. Unfortunately the art is mostly focused on the food. While I do understand that is because the MC... See full review

MC is cringe, edgy, and intolerable.   The plot is that the MC gets trapped into a game (average Isekai genre) and wants to get out but the main issue is that HE HAS NO REASON TO. No mention of family or friends, no real goal outside of the game to get back to. Also even with the advantage of knowing the game and whatnot, he barely survives each level which makes beating the game regularly mpossible for a normal player. Where it shines the best is definitely the cast (MC not included). it is unique in the way that it's a gacha game where it is inherently gamified with a 'master' that supposedly... See full review

The story line is good. The MC is an idol that goes back in the past and decides to change the narrative of his life as an idol but gathering people he actually liked and who had talent in his previous life. The one thing I would say is that it feels like he's very detached from this life.

And that's why character development was the problem for me. The MC isn't growing. The same problem has appeared maybe three times now where he doesn't depend on other characters and he was confronted on it by a team member. Did he listen? No! He just keeps doing the same thing. This story is one of the most original Manhwas I've ever read. Since it's a reincarnation story with a system I was expecting the usual character  that gets OP super quickly and becomes essentially superhuman, even though it's a story about idols. That wasn't the case. the story has a really nice pace, both in the character's personality development and skill development. Since the story line didn't occur throughout a very long timeline the changes are subtle, which in my opinion makes it all the more realistic. the visuals were also amazing. The way the artist drew the atmosphere for the stages... See full review

Dealing with trauma that doesn't happen immediately but takes time, which doesn't mean stagnation or excessive haste. I also like the balance between the action plot and the love story. I will definitely read the novel, because the manhwa has many shortcomings and it is obvious that many threads have been omitted. Sure I should've read more to properly make a review, but I don't wanna.  Controversial or not, this manhwa was just all over the place. It's one of the generic overpowered MC who is trying to run away from their responsibilities while also doing whatever they want. It doesn't really have anything that makes it stand out if I'm genuinely honest :p Art is decent, but it does a lot of those 'weird' or over-the-top faces to pull the poorly executed comedy. Its pretty good, very comedic and a perfect balance of haha funny and lore. The art style is quite wacky so it does take some to time to adjust, but I do like how each character is usually given their own backstory or insight on how they are beyond from the mcs perspective. One thing I dislike is the excessive introduction to new characters, as it does get a bit messy, its kind of like lookism in that sense of character addition. If I dont read it for a long time I have to read it from the start because theres so many cummulitive events. FIN

[Reviewed at Chapter 65] What an amazing read. First of all, there are official translations of this manga - and they are 100% worth buying! Each chapter has old-school style 40+ pages, with over 160+ pages in each volume. So if you do the math, it's pretty good value for money, unlike some of the rip-offs we see these days with only 10-15 pages per chapter... With that out of the way, onto the review: This is my ideal isekai - it avoids all of the clichés and also addresses most of the pet peeves I have with isekai. To sum it up: No clichés like MC getting truck-kun'd... See full review
