I wanted to love this anime so much. The overall story is captivating as the journey it takes you on and how it ties in a combination of mythology and relevant historical relics. Kelpie was by far my favorite character despite his mischievous undertone he was actually incredibly romantic, thoughtful, protective (without being overbearing) and noble. He saved any romanticism that was attempting to take place but I found myself swaying between focus on the storyline and frustration with the hot/cold displays between the main characters -- primarily due to Lydia. Wishing for a second season so it... See full review

Hot dang this one is a mess. If you were to take a list of everything that's considered "Edgy", the author of this would take it as a guideline. Over-the-top anti-religious iconography, buckets of gore, and dead-inside characters whose only motives in life are kill or be killed. If you're into things being edgy for the sake of edginess, you can still do much better than this. Story: There's barely any story here. First off, it's incredibly obvious the story was originally written and intended for a Visual Novel experience, so the pacing is odd, there are scenes representing obvious... See full review

Let me start by saying that this is not a bad anime overall, butt and its and big one (lol) this anime is targeted at a very specific audience, perverted teens who's parents have parental control on thier internet. There are much better anime out there to invest your time in, some of which still offer same naughty moment but do not relie on just boobies. I would recommend Goblin Slayer over this any day of the week.

In a Nutshell Based on the manga by Kei Ohkubo, Arte feels like a shoujo story. 16th century Florence, Italy. Arte is a noblewoman, who dreams of becoming an artist. While it is an impossible career choice for a female born in a noble family, she is even ready to give up on her status only to become an artist. Will her whole-life-dream translate into reality? More About Story The story of Arte takes place in the early sixteenth century in Florence, Italy. Arte is a young noblewoman, who dreams of being an artist, which is an unthinkable desire for any high-status-women at that time to have; her mother... See full review

So actually I started watching it because of a gif on facebook. I heard it is funny so I said why not?
No it's not that funny.
There's the main character who is not that bad character, but the others are just dissaponting.
All of them is dumb, but not on a funny or cute way which could have been fun to watch... No, they are useless, and they even make the life of the main character worse. I find it very annoying, how all of the 3 main "heroine"s act.
(Keep in mind i dropped it after episode 4, but trust me, it was the most i could watch without boring myself to... See full review

Record of Grancrest War

I only gave it 3.5 stars, but honestly this anime has so much potential! The pacing is rushed, which makes it less spectacular than it could be, but if it had been drawn out longer in order to focus more on character relationships and to really flesh out the tactical and strategic elements of the battles and coups, this could've easily been a 4/4.5 star anime. It took on adult themes a little to lightly, but, again, extending the series would've allowed it to flesh out the relevant story/animation choices and really offer something a lot better than the typical PG-13 war story, without going overboard like... DARLING in the FRANXX

This anime has been getting quite the mixed reaction from the public and it is understandably so. The contents of this anime aren't exactly what many people are looking for when they enter this anime, and then there's the new fad about sexualisation and all the other hypocritical stuff. That being said, in case the name of the anime and the starting of the very first episode doesn't make it clear for you, this is a love story. It is more in line with Shoujo themes taking primary place with all the mecha, action, mystery, and philosophies taking a secondary position. The anime has a pretty good story... See full review

This anime had a very solid and deep meaniing behind it: it's all about trying to express your feelings to those whom you love. I didn't give this a 10/10 because i felt sometimes it was taking too long and sometimes a tad bit doo dramatic, but not enough to make me not love it! The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. - Reawakened

I like the animation and I love the characters, but I hate the sound of the new dub. It ruins the whole show for me. I enjoyed Jerry Jewell voicing Saiki way more than Kyle McCarly. I think Jerry did a way better job because he sounds bored and sometimes kind of interested in certain things. He really brought the character together in my opinion. However, Kyle makes Saiki sound likes he hates everything. You can hear it in his voice. Sure, Saiki acts like he hates people, but he doesn't actually hate them and you can really tell that he truly likes being around his friends.

Drifting Dragons

I love sci-fi & fantasy, they are some of my favorite genres and one of the reasons is that they often have parallels to real-life issues. When we bring these issues into the sci-fi/fantasy world we can see them and explore them from a different perspective, it allows us to talk about them and visualize what could be, what could happen if we were in a situation like this. You can visualize your choices and explore new ideas. This is actually one of the reasons why I watch so much anime! So in this regard, Drifting Dragons is essentially about whale hunting, the parallels are unmistakably from... See full review

Keep in mind this is just based on my opinion. Everyone's got different tastes. I didn't like it at the beginning. I wasn't impressed with the games they were playing and how their fielding was full of errors. But it was to be expected since the anime is about the management and not about the actual games played in the tournament.  As the episodes went on it was okay to watch but it's not worth being rewatched. The ending was not a surprise. The whole setup of the story was going in that direction. My scoring may seem low but having watched other anime and comparing them this was my... See full review

Blame! offers one of the best and most intriguing settings in sci-fi, the concept of a Megastructure, that is, a structure so large that "At one point even the Moon, which used to be up in the sky above, was integrated into The City's structure". I've been watching Gosick for months. To put it clearly, it's such a drag that I haven't been able to finish it despite trying very hard. That should probably give the reader and idea of what I think of this anime. Mild spoilers ahead. It's a boredom fest. I am a serious sucker for mysteries, mind you. So of course when I discovered Gosick on Netflix, I was very eager to explore the show. Yet it falls on it face. The first few episodes were quite okay. Be warned that this has an atrocious ending. I can only assume that they anticipated a second season, because every storyline was left in the air. Even without the ending, it wasn't a great anime. That's not to say it was bad, but it wasn't really all that good either. The show presents itself with a protagonist who's a virtually unstoppable hero, yet we don't see him involved in a single fight. To be fair, fighting by anyone was rarely seen, but still - he's the hero. We should be shown why. Slight Spoiler Romance was also a part of this, but it was as if 9 year olds wrote those parts of the show... See full review

The plot is basically in a school where Class D is considered defective, Horikta tries to get class D to A (and builds friendships because of it) but has the additional factor that there's a boy named Ayanokoji who seems disinterested but helps anyways (and he has a mysterious past etc).

The story and characters were very interesting and I wish the anime could've been longer and developed it farther. The art and animation isn't a huge factor for me, but the art was really pretty and the animation did flow very smoothly. However since... See full review

I enjoyed watching this anime, but it's not one that I will be watching again. I liked how the anime was focused a lot on the team's friendship and zero two and hiro's relationship growing, but there were also a lot of repetitive parts, like when almost every episode they would fight klaxosaurs (I know it's a main part of the story but it was repetitive). Towards the end, it seemed like I was waiting for the anime to be over. However, the ending was a good ending, somewhat sad but also happy at the same time. side note: I love zero two lol

Overall, I liked this anime, however, it's not one that I think I will watch again. The only parts I really found interesting were the first few episodes and the last few, other than that, the middle episodes were quite boring to me. I will say that I am usually more into action animes, so watching an anime that didn't really have a proper storyline and was more fun isn't something that I'm used to. I think that if you want to watch an anime that is simple and funny, you would definitely enjoy it, it just isn't really my cup of tea.

Accordingly, yes, the anime is adorable and cute.

However, thats it. Miira no Kaikata is still not just a SoL title, but a comedy. But it's not even an easy meal, this anime doesn't even get baked.

I'm not one for superhero type things, never have been, and it could be the fact I am just new to anime, but My Hero Academia was a lot better than I was expecting. The story line itself was a bit cliche, your classic story where the main character lacks but ends up pulling through to be the best. Bungou Stray Dogs is definitely one of my favorite anime, and one of the things I  enjoyed most was watching the main character, Atsushi, and his character development. Unfortunately, I feel like his character development went down the drain in this movie. He seemed more cowardly than he usually was, it was almost hard to watch. The short starts off with a little girl waiting for someone at a Louis Vuitton store, meets a creature (who honestly might as well be a Madoka Magica villain) and gets sucked into a pretty unusual world. There's not really much going on in the world but only the kid was just looking for her flip phone (hadn't said that in ages, yeah I'm old deal with it) and in the end goes back to normal after exploring a little bit of that weird wondrous world.

So to be fair this anime's rating is fair, it's a very run of the mil shonen anime that leans a bit more on the childish side at least so far. So if you've got nothing to watch then give this one a shot, it's good on either dub or sub and the last arc is pretty good.

If you can't handle the childish tone and the constant yelling after the first 6-7 episodes then drop it, but if you stick with it the last arc of  is actually pretty decent and gives me hope for the next season  im going to go in-depth and I won't soil anything until the very end.

I watched it and I didnt like it. There is no plot, you probably wouldnt understand the characters motives or the how and why. It just doesnt make sense.

The amount of times this anime made me cry is unacceptable. If you're looking towards a happy ending this is not the right show. The storyline is very entertaining but beware there may be some triggers based on topics they talk about, such as rape and child porn. The animation is great but it's not the best thing, the fighting scenes are beautifully done though. The way the characters are drawn at ceratin angles is a... See full review

I actually thought this had an intresting idea and had potential my biggest complaint is that it starts in the middle of the story and i found it hard to follow the story without an explanation so i dropped it. It wasn't bad but i just found it difficult to follow the story and to me the story is the most important part.

This series has a very good start and makes you want to watch more but throughout the anime it starts to get worse. For some reason, the mc trusts everyone and ends up getting betrayed and this is really annoying to watch. everything else is good, the story is progressive but the mc is really annoying so if you dont like annoying mc's then dont watch this.
