I know it's poor form to compare season 2 to season 1 however that's what you're going to do in a series. I don't understand why it took so long to explain what's going on when season one left on a cliffhanger. People are going to be watching, just wanting to know the answer and not really concentrating on the current story untill you do. Yet It's not really explained until episode 5/ 6. It's so obvious they want you to love hating Alois. However stuffing a tragic past and sadistic abuse into one scene doesn't quite work for me. It's very heavy-handed with how you should interpret his character. It's... See full review
The is the most painful series I've watched. I feel like I've just been through 60 years of pain with each episode but my god it is brilliant. Be warned you will cry like the world is ending with every episode but it's so worth it and I cannot wait for the next season. So if you watch this anime (I recommend you do, it's amazing) be sure to have a box of tissues and comfort food next to you, you'll need it.See full review
This remake of the original 70's series does justice to the original while improving it. The story is essentially unchanged but there are additional characters and some reworking of the story line to make it presentable to a more sophisticated audience today than kids in the early 70's were. Technology has advanced and so too must the entrainment product. The animation of battle scenes is fantastic. Xebec's animators surely studied military footage to capture so accurately the action in many scenes. The music is an important part of the drama and the score from the original series is used throughout... See full review
This is 100% one of the best anime series I have ever seen. Not only is the animation brilliant and unique but the storyline and character development is INSANE. You think it's going one way and then it turns in a completely different direction and the way it links up with all these details in previous episodes is just genius. Honestly this is an anime I will forever rewatch until I die, it's that good! I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves a good action anime and doesn't mind a lot of blood and death.See full review
A Silent Voice - This movie is something else. I struggled with depression, and after watching this movie, it was like I could see the world a little brighter. I need not say more. Watch this movie. You won't regret it. Note: This movie deals a lot with depression, and those who've struggles with it: it can bring back some haunting memories. Watch it all the way through, it might help you find the other side.See full review
Just got done watching this series, and I must say I am glad I waited till all episodes were out to watch it. this has been an excellent viewing experience. This is what I would call a rom com done right, if you are looking for a fun fulfilling series to binge watch then look no further. I highly recommend this series, it felt real and reminded me of my high school days.See full review
The story is what happens when you make a contract with the devil. With some stand out characters, they make this anime above average. The Butler carries the entire show. I don't even mind because he is truly just that good. Bit of humor thrown in from time to time. Main boy is eye roll worthy but I think he is extremely honest as a conceited, arrogant and selfish british elite named Ciel. Weird theme of "cleansing humans" by the villian. Weird because humans will always be unclean, soooo he gonna need to kill entire world? Also theme of angels vs demon but angels shown as evil and demons... See full review
This was absolutely TERRIBLE, worst anime I have ever watched in my life.
<SPOILERS>! (Duh) I haven't watched this in awhile so I'm just saying what I remember Basically we start off with our annoying ass MC who lives in a world where there are monsters in another dimension that are invading humanity cliche. And of course there are exorcists! Well our little MC is a junior exorcist and just suddenly beats the shit out of this giant monster and bumps into our FL! And this FL is the "I don't need your help I'm a independent woman!" Cliche from what I remember. Then there... See full review

See full review
Saga of Tanya is a very good anime on several counts but it is lacking character interaction and development. If you watch the first 3 episodes you will be blown away with the difference quality and potential. The only thing kept up is the quality. Tanya really has no relationship with any other character. Tanya incurs no negative outcomes that forces her to reflect on anything. On any of her battles no one is seriously hurt. Her challenges with entity X are just thrown at her with no result. It would be nice if either of the secondary had some sort of relationship... See full review
First off, it's been a really long time since I've written a review on here, and I've never been great with wording, so apologies in advance.
Story: I'm leaving my score for this with a question mark, because I'm not sure whether to rate it a 9.5, or a solid 10. I won't say spoilers, but I was totally captivated throughout the movie, and enjoyed the ending.
Animation: Because I'm a sucker for Studio Ghibli, and because I dig 80's animated films, I think the animation is pretty great. I'm not sure whether to give it an 8.5 or a 9, so for now I'm leaving my score for Animation at... See full review
Angels. The afterlife. Sin, guilt, redemption. These concepts explored in Haibane Renmei evoke Christianity, but as the story unfolds, there is little connection to Christianity in substance. Clear Christian references are made like the creation myth and “clergy,” but the messages, particularly about sin and redemption, are non-Christian. Overall, the anime seems to align more with eastern spirituality, such as the haibane’s past lives, names, and dreams (even the fact that they celebrate New Year but... See full review
Okay when we talk about this one it's probably my favorite hentai. It's about a girl who don't have any friends one day she talks to her teacher and wants do lose her virginity to him but. He doesn't wanna do that cause he would go against the school rules but at the end they do...See full review
Anime is pretty good to say the least. It's like your average card game anime that protagonist gets really good at the game and dont wanna lose and only thing he cares about is enjoying the game but honestly I recommend the Anime even though it's a little bit childish.See full review
In my opinion I´m just going to say that i loved it, and it was really interesting for me, Anos-kun´s mother and father was one of my favourites characters, i wished to know more about Anos´s parents but in general i liked all. The animation was really good and for me is a 10/10 in this anime.See full review
I was interested with Bamboo Blade because it dealt with the unique sport of kendo. If this were the only reason, I would be fully satisfied with the results. The anime explained the basic stances and footwork, the essential equipment from the sword to protective armor, even the modes of attack where head, wrist, and throat strikes were deemed legal or illegal. Where the use of the shinai is restricted and how strikes are waved off as ‘no scores.” It was nice to learn the rules of the game as you viewed the 26 episodes. But, Bamboo Blade offers us more than a kendo... See full review

Imagine a writer who has a few roles in mind for an upcoming show but gives the characters themselves an opportunity to write their own backstory. They've been given a week to come up with ideas and to do the necessary research. It's a really hot summer and instead of doing the required research, most of the characters decide to go to the beach together to just have a good time. One character, Mizuhara, decides to not hang out with the rest of the cast during that week and actually puts together a dramatic but well thought out backstory. Since nobody, but Mizuhara, took the time to work on their... See full review

Introduction "Did you really think that killing me would be enough to make me die???" | 'Suppose I'll throw in my two cents too. The Misfit of Demon King Academy is an interesting case in my opinion. My thoughts on it fluctuated a bit, but at the end of the day, I was excited to watch this week after week. I won't butter this show up to make it look as attractive as it can get, in fact a lot of criticisms this show has faced are pretty valid—well, most of them anyway. I find that this show has a very enchanting story. It's not necessarily amazing, but it's unique when compared to... See full review

The biggest reason why I love Goblin Slayer In the 12 episodes and 1 movie I have watched of Goblin Slayer I am constanly in awe of how much attention to detail there is. It really makes it stand out in the anime community as one of the move gory and violence filled animes of all time. Theis makes it all the more worth while to watch. Some spoilers here. Read at your own risk. I'm great fan of this series, but not of this season. Previously everyone had their own skills. Now some new charectors comes in and takes opponents weapons after crushing his opponet. It happened before thats not a problem. He masters their technique and can use more technique like he possesed Sharingon. i just had to watch becauseit was a last season. No great plot no great story.See full review
im not really rating the movie, but how it was adapted from the manga. i think the manga deserves a full anime (comprised of 13 episodes atleast). because there's no way to fit the whole story in one OVA. i was so excited to watch this but it lead to me being dissapointed. it felt like a hentai cos there was more sex than emotion. but anyway - Gigguk sent meSee full review
Compared to prior DC movies, Detective Conan Movie 8: Magician of the Silver Sky has a completely different tone. If you have seen the entire anime, the arc for this follows a regular Kaito Kid appearance until an honestly rather shocking twist midway through the movie. Overall, if you like mysteries and heists then you'll enjoy this! (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE SEEN ANY OF DETECTIVE CONAN TO ENJOY/UNDERSTAND THIS MOVIE) This segment is for the anime watchers: This movie does an incredible job adding development to all the major players. Ran feels multi-dimensional, which cannot always be said about her... See full review
Great pretender was absolutely amazing, words can't describe how much I loved this anime! At first, I was very iffy about it but ended up binging the first 14th epi on Netflix in one sitting... It's definitely one of the best, *if not the best* new anime to air in 2020 so far. It had everything: great plot, amazing (diverse) characters, beautiful soundtracks, gorgeous art style/animation, humor, twists, etc The last 9 episodes (15-16) started out a bit slow/boring but picked up back its pace when they finally got to Laurent's backstory which ties everything together and gave us an impressive buildup... I'm gonna first give 3 main points on the show, but you may skip them if you don't feel like reading. I have a "watch if" and "don't watch if" section on the bottom. Maou Gakuin (The Misfit of Demon King Academy) is another addition to the list of overpowered MC shows. It still follows the usual tropes of the genre, but it does a good job at doing that to give entertainment. At least it's better than the last... See full review
Despite the borderline annoyingness of main girl, you can't help but like her. She knows she's irritating and leans into it. Overall the story doesn't take itself too seriously and it thrives for it. Light humor and good chemistry adds to the enjoyment.See full review
Where is the rest? This is a great series! At first I was like oh yeah another time leap anime great... But this one is good. The animation is stylistically unique and colorful. The sound is good. The story is intertesting and entertaining. Then it just stops at 10 episodes. Still, its worth the watch.See full review
In short: Literal immortal dude with the enough power to get trough everything and change all to the plot convenience.
It's kinda fun to watch so go ahead if you have free time.
So main girl gets slut shamed when she's around five so now that she's a teenager she's super embarrassed to have any kind of feelings especially sexual ones. She joined a team who's whole way of fighting the villains is to use their sexual energy. Needless to say it's a real challenge for her to accept her freakiness. As a freaky girl myself, I was looking forward to some sexual innuendos. However it fell very flat, no humor and despite the ridiculous premises it took itself way too seriously.See full review
This was actually not a bad anime, it has a few flaws but overall not a bad watch. We have an OP Mc and honestly, he was freaking cool and the other characters weren't bad either... The ending did feel a bit rushed and could have been executed better, but given it's only 13 epi, it wrapped up nicely.See full review
This is Isekai Power Fantasy Trash, atleast that's how it starts off. By the time you hit episode 4 you are stuck into this story. You wanna know what happens next. It starts getting good. The key difference that seperates this from other shitty Isekai Anime is as follows, The Protaganist isn't some clueless idiot. He is a Demon King in its truest sense as he is not only powerfull but also a smart leader The Protaganist doenst have a harem of various girls from A-cups to G-cups. I mean he does have a fan club but that's more of a Demon King Groupies thing. He doesn't really have a harem if you give it a... See full review
How spineless guy got lucky … or not. This series has issues on so many levels. The first question is what genre the series is supposed to be. It’s mildly romantic, funny not really, dramatic questionably. It’s more like a weird harem series with royal flush in terms of unlikable characters. This review is going to talk about events in the series. I’m going to go full spoilers ahead.

Uzaki-Chan Wants to Hang Out! is your typical run of the mill Slice of Life college romcom. I've known Uzaki-chan since last year reading the manga and I'd say the anime does well in adapting the manga loyaly. The selling point of the story and the biggest laughs to me come from the comical relationship between the main character and Uzaki, the girl you either love or hate, sadly I'm the latter. I'm a big lover of lame slice of lifes and ecchis but this anime didn't give me much satisfaction on either. Unless the the couple pick a fight with each other the episodes tend to rely on cliches, they drag... See full review

Honestly, I really love this anime, but Season 4 and Season 5 went by too quick and not in a good way. Everything felt rushed. The story is kinda the same of Nakira Azami's Arc, but with a different situation. I wish the anime spent more time on the food battles. Because there are so many characters, we're kinda wondering where everyone else is in the latter half of the season. What I hated most though, was the ending. SPOILER I know most of us were really shipping for Erina and Souma to end up together. This has to deal more with the writing, though I would have liked if the anime went in a different... Look the anime couldve been better the writing was a bit off aswell as some characters. Its a slice of life so i expected a bit of realistic traits in terms of how the characters did certain things... The anime kept a certain persuasiveness so you could see what stupud shit the MC was gonna do next(f*ck that guy) w,hich is somewhat cool. Only gave it a 6.8 because the ending really confused me in terms of what i should feel about it. (anyway watch it so we can hate the MC together).See full review
I really enjoyed this series because it genuinely made me laugh. While it held the intensity in between characters, it also showed the simplistic lifestyles of each character. How hard it was for such powerful beings to live on Earth. It was a fun watch and now Im left wondering if a second season will ever be created.See full review
I wanna start off this review by saying.. This anime literally has one of the catchiest openings in the anime industry, and I mean it with a passion. It'll leave you hooked.
The storyline was pretty in the flow, I loved both otaku couples. They had such good humor to be honest, and all scenes are entertaining to the touch. The characters in conclusion.. I mean its mostly good but sometimes I get a little uninterested in few scenes they do.
I loved their gaming passions aswell, it was so fun to see them game in that fantasy game and of course the nintendo thing!

Amazing! I absolutely loved this series! Yes sometimes it was very slow especially some battles and fillers but I do not regret watching this show, seeing them all grow up and going up in the ranks and getting into relationships just made me so proud of them all. When a horny man opened power point for the first time and pasted together some animated gifs this anime was born. Not really but not far from the truth. The production value is as lower tier as this anime's story ultimately is. The premise is uncomfortably close to ''Infidelity'' and the only excuse is that they're not married yet and that the girl he is being Infidele towards has the ignorance of a child when it comes to doing the dirty if not more so than most children. The anime is basically playing it dirty by making this woman so unbelievably dense and a non-presence that she's basically a plot... See full review
Really enjoyed the story. It was a really imaginative way to picture a functioning human body as an anime. I dont care if you call me a simp or a cuck, this show is amazing. Some people say this show is bad becasue of the idea of renting people. I personaly could totaly see the "rent a girlfriend" app being a real thing so that never bothered me. Other people say the shows problem is that the guy is a puss. Love is fucking coplicated and diferent people look at it in different ways. The MC in this show kinda has a "true love" aproach where he wants to have a real conection and cant just forget about someone overnight.
