Kuroko's Basketball is one of the animes I'm watching right now because I really like sports anime. To be honest, I d0n't really like it. For me, it is not really as good as what I thought it would be. It is all about basketball but it doesn't really show much of their matches with other schools. It just mostly show a part or just a glimpse of their games. Also if you would compare it to Haikyuu which is also a sports anime but about volleyball, Kuroko's Basketball have lots of scenes where no character speaks and they just put music. So yeahhh, for my opinion, Haikyuu is and will always be way better than... See full review
Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! is a show about 3 girls who decide to make anime together. It features the trials, the tribulations, and ways of making anime.
I loved the story. The different anime they make, the hijinks they get up to. I loved it. It was just people working to achieve their dreams of making anime. And Kanamori's dream of making money.
What else to say? The animation is amazing. It's beautiful. The best animation in 2020 so far, probably. I mean, look at this! SOUND The sub is good. Asakusa has a great voice and Kanamori's fits perfectly. So does the... See full review
After watching this anime, I have to say I was completely speechless- not in a good way, in a very insulting way, because this is literally the most terrible anime I have ever watched. A lot of people say that Mars of Destruction was the worst anime they have ever seen, which clearly states that they haven't watched Skelter Heaven. This anime is based off a video game, but having not played the game, I don't think I can judge that. What I can judge though, is the fact that they crammed an entire story- one that could've been at least 1 or 2 seasons worth of episodes- into one single episode... See full review
A very unique anime. They blur the lines of erotic and comedy so very well. Many scenes, under different contexts, would only instill a sexual desire in the audience. But in this show, you get to laugh your way to the next scene. Absolutely enticing ideas mixed with well written dialogue and complex character-arcs. I really love Crim's character. If nudity and sexual things bother you, steer far away from this show. However, if you yearn for more sexual openness in anime, this is truly a hit. I didn't have a high expectation going in. This show blew away my understandings and became a favorite that I... See full review

Haikyuu is one of those shows that you can't stop watching. Every episode pulls you in, and, before you know it, you finished the entire season in one day. The way the show delves into characters and gives them a backstory is amazing. The show really proves how amazing (and complicated) the sport of volleyball is. I was never really interested in sports animes before, but this one changed my mind. Its become one of my favorite animes in such a short amount of time, I could not recommend this one enough!See full review
This is such a powerful movie. It blew me away the first time I saw it. Please, if you haven't already seen it, give yourself the luxury of watching it.See full review
I'm sure many people saw this anime and assumed it was just some weird furry stuff. That's what I originally thought. I started watching this as a joke but ended up finishing the whole thing. The animation is definitely different, but not bad. The characters themselves were pretty interesting as well. I found the story to actually be really good. It kept me intrigued the whole way through. Surprisingly, I find myself looking forward to season 2. If you are wondering if you should watch it or not, I would highly recommend you do so.See full review

I will say this.....Somali is such a darling little girl of 2020 like seriously lads...she'll melt your heart into pieces that you just cannot control yourself! Honestly I've seen father-daughter anime shows like "Sweetness & Lightning" or "If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord" , I personally felt both series weren't as good as this one! This had such mixture of emotions because there were times where I felt nearly teary and by god man, the last episode made me near to tears! Somali and the Golems relationship were just truly real like you can't mess with him if... See full review
Story I absolutely loved this story. It's not every day that you come across an end of the world story where humanity turns to stone and then comes back thousands of years later. The plot made this story feel so unique which I really liked. I found Tsukasa's argument to be really interesting. He had a good point with this argument but he started to kill others Animation I really loved the animation. the studio outdid themselves Sound I absolutely loved the music in this show. I loved both OP's. I didn't really like the 2nd ending but it was still good. Characters The characters in... See full review
"Your pitiful shadow's cloaked in darkness, You have caused great pain and suffering, Your hollow soul drown in your sins, I will show you what death is like." Rather haunting words from a rather young kimono clad girl's mouth and the beginning of a nightmare. The anime through an array of episodic stories delves into the varying negative emotions one feels which can drive one up against a wall enough to seek revenge, even at the price of themselves having to go to hell as a price. The anime successfully conveys a lot of anguish through the narratives it uses and reminds us how rotten and... See full review
Folks, this is an absolute masterpiece. the idea, the animation and the plot are all amazing. 100/10 would recommend.See full review
This anime and the origin manga are a fantastic place to dip your feet into detective narrative. The story is fast and fun and most of all conclusive. Each character comes with their own little quirks and you see them all use their individual skills to solve cases (and the best detective trope of all times, locker room murders!!!). This was one of the animes that got me into anime in the first place when I was a wee kid of 13 and one I still enjoy to this day!!See full review
The story is great, the comedy is awfully fun!! The story is a bit unclear but the anime is funny and great. I love the "Parents"and their "children" XD Great anime love it! also kyouka is a bit mean.See full review
Kurama is love, Kurama is life. The story is delivered with a typical and welcome and Shonen flair and while the story itself can feel a little dated in today's context it's still an anime worth watching! A good dose of action, magic and tournament arcs for everyone's needs!!!,See full review
I got really bored of this really quickly, I couldn't bring myself to watch any longer than 9 episodes. It was pretty and the first episode was sort of captivating but as I watched the series, I felt like there was no actually goal that could help me continue watching this anime. If you're into animes with a mediocre story with no actual specific goal that all the characters are aiming for, this may be for you. I won't lie, as always, this anime company never fails me in creating such beautiful animes. I thrououghly enjoyed the aesthetic of the anime and for some reason, I really liked the main character... One of the best mystery anime I've seen. Nice plot, though with protagonist having a superhuman ability to see the future and change it, it was presented beautifully. Also gave life lessons for the viewers. Overall It's an anime that is worth watching and I personally liked it very much.See full review
They took out most of what was fun about the original VN. Obviously they took out the H parts, but they also toned down the ecchi aspect a lot, took out all the drama and character development, and just made some of the characters' funny running gags and did them way too many times and in forced situations, so the comedic moments also fell flat on their face more often than not. Overall resulting in a pretty boring show. I would just recommend to play the VN instead, even if you're not interested in the H scenes (just play the censored version in that case).
TLDR: If you've played the Visual... See full review
The first half of the show was really enjoyable which was mainly due to a bunch of eccentric detectives (based on well known fictional characters) solving all sorts of mysteries. There is a lot of focus on character development and we get to see what makes every detective tick. The second half of the series is 1 big arc which I thought was a lot less enjoyable. The show tries to introduce several plots twists but it doesn't really work out. The show was rather goofy in the beginning, it never really took itself seriously but it all goes out the window in the second half. A very cool and eccentric cast... See full review
Darker Than Black is an anime with a well thought out story. The main character of the anime is likable and not annoyingly irrational nor selfish. There are characters that are hateable during their first few appearences, but change later on. Each episode leaves the watcher wanting to know what happens next, but not to the point where they become ridiculoudly obsessed with it. The suspense isn’t too heavy and the anime itself isn’t as heavy as animes like Code Geass. It feels in a sense, more 'casual'. The plot is good but isn’t shown all that well. The animation is smooth but there... See full review
I thought this was going to be a continuation from the original series but the characters that we are introduced to in this series are from the mobile game which seems to have a pretty big following. There is a pretty big and colorful cast and I'll admit that I found it hard at times to keep track of who is who due to some of the characters rather looking alike. There were a few characters that felt rather important in the bigger scheme of things but didn't get a proper introduction and I'm guessing that's due to those characters being rather important in the mobile game. I guess that the creators... See full review
Toradora, one hell of a emotional Rollercoaster that was. First i thought it would be a typical School-Love-Story but after a few episodes i began to realise what was going on. A real hidden Gem. And before i forget it,I liked the Soundtrack and Animation, they fitted pretty good. And for someone who likes Happy endings Like me its a quite good ending, it will... Let's get straight to the point. It's a very slow-paced show that relies heavily on its dialogue and its thorough build-up, which simply isn't for everybody. I think most people will appreciate the cast due to the witty and cheeky personalities but will probably lose interest in the main plot around the halfway point, I personally really enjoyed the show and not just for its main characters. There is a lot of focus on the what-ifs and for somebody that enjoys trying to figure out what the main plot of a show is and where things will be going, I appreciated the time the show took to dive into each what-if... First things first inspectre is Sudo mystery show with Japanese yoki fiction mixed in and is based in modern japan (duh). The two MC are a dynamic duo of the yoki goddess of wisdom and an immortal demihuman whose power comes from his ability to bofuri munch through yoki to get their abilities (that's not how that happens in the show though) but I will delve in to the story last.
first the sound is pretty good from op-ep and the music are all good honestly it's hard to come by a show where the music is just bad lately( at least that I've seen) the sound effects though are either great or have... See full review
this and granbelm were the first two serious magical girl shows that I watched the rest were strict comedies that's were satires of the genre. So watching mafia record was a surprise. I thought it was going to be a boring show with a bubbly art style and fights. Obviously I didn't know anything about the series going in so the flip in styles for the witches always added a fresh change to the show especially as the story climaxes in the last episode. Also I must say if I didn't hear about the 2nd season I would have rated this lower. Although many of the characters have the typical one dimension... See full review

Keep in mind that this is a review of the English dub. This film lacks any emotional impact and just barely appeals to nostalgia. The human character models border on the uncanny valley, their teeth being particularly disturbing. The script is absolutely abysmal and feels like it was composed by a part-time intern with zero previous writing experience. None of the characters have any depth with the possible exception of Mewtwo. Even still, it's only skin deep. The music is nothing to write home about either unless you'd be fond of a bastardized version of the original opening theme during the introduction... See full review
A lot of intensity and talking, personally I hate a lot of talking and sort of skipped through some parts but overall they balance it with fun times and comedic relief sprinkled around. I like how they don't rush his progression, although he remains op it's not so much that he can't get better, but enough that he isn't stuck at #20 all three seasons. he slowly makes his way up the ranks and his friendships with the other players grow like any regular team would, you have the people you don't like and some that you do but your friendship starts out superficial and in the most recent season we see how they... I have to be honest. In the first about 20 minutes the movie was certainly not appealing to me. "Hm, firefighters turnt into transformers to fight the evil. Ok, sure." Has I kept on watching, I could more and more see how wrong I was at judging the movie in the beginning: Excelentttt animations Extraordinary music in the right moments Awesome effects Original and fantastic plot We can surely compare some aspects of the movie with real life, but, even if we don't, the movie is so touching and brilliant. I must underline that the colors from start to finish are surprisingly consistent... See full review
This anime is definetely one of my favorite shoujos. Although the Serinuma doesn't go that far with anyone, the comedy got me through this. This show is the definition of adorkable. It follows two science nerds on their quest to find out what it truly means to be in love. Simply saying “I’m in love with you” isn’t going to cut it. No true scientist would accept such a statement without any proof. So using science and logic, the two of them try and prove the concept of love by measuring BPM, blood pressure, oxytocin levels… You name it. The comedy in this show is great. I found myself laughing out loud several times as I watched this during the slow hours at work. There’s not much conflict in the plot and... See full review
Do not watch this if you have a background in fashion and design.
I'm sure it's a lovely story, but I couldn't make it past 2 episodes. Everything was so unrealistic that I couldn't help but cringe the entire time.
Firstly, sewing clothes is a very expensive hobby! There's no way Ikuto, the poor kid, could afford to buy fabric to make clothes just for fun. There are only so many hours that he could work as a highschool student, so it's unlikely that he could afford to buy random thrift store items to alter, on top of his contributions to supporting his family.
In episode one, Ikuto... See full review
After going through the hardship of watchig 10 episode I can say that I hate this anime. Its plot is very boring and the protagonist doesnt show any kind of emotion and is just bland. But that wasnt the worst aspect of this anime for me. This series has the worst 3D animation I have ever seen in any anime. Whenever there was a scene with 3D in it I wanted to click away but I really tried to endure the torture bestowed upon my eyes. All of the other characters just seemed extremly bland and boring aswell and the only quite accaptable thing in this anime were the background music and the other sounds. I... See full review

Asteroid in Love despite feeling relatively similar in ways to something like ''a place further than the unviverse'' is in actually ultimately a show that doesn't really compare positively to the mentioned anime. This show is a Slice of Life show with the theme of having one big dream for the main characters that act as an overarching plot or goal to achieve and everything that the show does could be building toward this goal. Now I have to say, though it might be a bit of a spoiler but most of the series does actually not really build toward this dream. The show is mostly a slice of life show which... See full review
Short review cause I don't like writing reviews, and this is my first review here. I love this anime. It is easily one of the best animes I've ever watched, although to be fair I haven't watched too many animes. If you want to cry, this is what to watch. I fail to find a flaw in this anime. The animation felt unique and was very impressive for a decently old anime. The story is amazing, I love it. It is honestly one of the very few romance animes that had a great ending imo. In most rom animes I have so many questions at the end that really should've been answered. This ending didn't feel like a forced... See full review
This anime was a lot better than I expected it to be and I can't wait for the second season. Yes, I realise in our world a lot of that wouldn't work that way and that it's unrealistic at best.. but it's anime. And it follows its own rules so that's all that matters. Also I cried so many times. Crying usually means it's good. lolSee full review
What's wrong with all the sexual tenshion in this new season! I'm utterly desappointed with the second season of this anime. I loved the first season and got so excited about the continuation of this series, but I couldn't bare to go through with all 12 episodes. The story was focused in the conflicts of gods who all for some reason wanted to get in bed with Bell. They didin't even explore the dungeon anymore, the dungeon wasn't even part of the story. Am I being too generous by giving this a 10? Absolutely not! If you watched the first season of hakyuu honestly the second season is even better. I don't want to spoil too much, but let's just say it has a lot of character growth and as a viewer is just so rewarding to see. I'm personally not a fan of sports anime..I tried a couple but ended up dropping them early on, or I could watch them but they don't have a big impact on me..but haikyuu is just different. I want to start by saying that anyone who gives this movie a bad review is an idiot. Especially that one person who thinks "slow pace" is bad because the slow pace is what litterally makes or breaks movies like this. I personally enjoyed this anime. There seems to be this pattern that anime with these long rediculous titles are going to be about modern people going to a fantasy realm with lots of comedy. This anime doesn't feel story based, just, fun. That's it really and it doesn't need to be anything else. I don't think an anime needs to have some flawless story with good characters, and everything is just perfect for it to be a good anime. Sometimes a good anime can just be good because its simply funny. "Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit-Multi-Target Attacks" Is literally about a boy who... See full review
