The Titan's Bride Anime Review: From the Introduction and announcement of The Titan's Bride Anime with the cast and official concept arts being revealed to being the first of many to watch the live episodes, this anime adaptation was definitely worth the wait for me and a major highlight of my 2020 summer. While reading through many reviews both positive and negative, I wanted to write about my own intake on this anime and to possibly speak out to many fans and supporters of the series. Duration. I understand that an anime adaptation of a series that contains explicit scenes and content needs to be toned... See full review
When I started this anime I was like " omg ! this would definitely take a spot on my top 5 ". I was expecting a clever plot , mystery, suspence and drama. Well, I can't say I didn't had these, especially on the first half of the anime but as I kept going my expectetions gone lower and lower. I found the ending a little bit silly just to be a "plot twist" and something that we couldn't see coming. Not that I was so mad about it cause there are only 12 episodes so you don't feel like you waste your time on it. I was going to rate this with 4,5 or a 5 but looking back on it I found... See full review
Characters: The characters were ok and their interactions felt natural. It was unnecessary though to add a trauma to everyone. Just because a character has a trauma or a dark past of some kind it doesnt necessarily make it a good character. Story: Plotholes aside was the story compelling at first. I didnt understand though how and where everything supernatural came from but i guess not everything needs an explanation. The end felt really repetetive and stretched though. Just some new kind of supernatural stuff and another drama. I couldnt really enjoy it since it was way to repetetive and i am... See full review
I was recommended this movie by a friend and when I saw the movie I knew I just had to right this review. The story A Teenage boy named Shouya is ready to kill himself after years of isolation after his friends abandoned him when his bullying of Shouko a deaf girl went to far even though many of them bullied her too. Before ending it he visits Shouko to tie up loose ends but discovers she too is an outcast. Shouya decides not too go through with it and make amends with Shouko. I can think of so many ways this story could have gone wrong. They could put all the blame on Shouya make it about his... See full review

I can't bring myself to give it a perfect 10, but if you like a little ecchi you might give it that. This Second Plate does seem to have toned it down a bit, so I like it better than the first season. Actually, if you are really into that sort of thing, you might be disappointed! I don't mind a little fanservice, but what I really like about this series is the real-world connections to cooking and (restaurant) business strategies! So it's really quite the "grown-up" anime even though it features high school students. I saw a review dismissing the "cooking gobbledygook" but it... See full review
Ah, the first Prince of Tennis movie… My rewatch of the entire Prince of Tennis series has finally taken me back to the Two Samurai, The First Game movie, an ambitious crossover between The Prince of Tennis, Dragon Ball, the 1997 Titanic movie, and Hametsu no Mars. The movie follows the Seigaku Tennis Team's regulars, who were invited to play exhibition matches on the cruiseship of a very wealthy business man. However, once they had been told that all of them must intentionally lose their matches, the team realizes they are in the middle of an illegal gambling scheme taking place on a ship miles... You have to be a science person like the characters in the show to really appreciate every moment I think. This just reminds me and some people in my life in the STEM field who use science to prove everything XD It is a very fun and lovable show but could easily see it being dropped by people who are not into science and math. Part of the fun was seeing real theories and equations used in it which was very laughable. The story did feel slow and pointless at some points but has a special place in my heart now.See full review
THIS WAS FREAKING AMAZING!!! THIS WAS JAW DROPPING, A MASTER PEIECE!!!
This was totally my type of story. I've always looked up to detectives and always was fascinated by how they solved mysteries, even if it's hard, they always try and try because they're is always an answer.
STORY: the whole plot was just up my alley. I love puzzles/riddles/mide games that make the characters and the viewers think and use clues to find out who something. This whole anime was basically that, but the mysteries were really good! I was even impressed on how they figured it out. I did... See full review
This anime is probably the most relaxing anime out there. With its calming music and just beautifully animated scenery, this is definitely one anime that you have to watch. Who knew that an anime with pretty much no story or plot can be so good. So sit back, get drink and snacks, and enjoy the show!See full review
So I watched this a few days ago and I wasn't as impressed with this season than I was with the other two. Basically the main reasons why is the fact, I didn't really think Retzuko is best suited to join a idol group just because her "rage" moments are mostly metal, like I personally think if she joined a rock band, it would've been 100% better. I also didn't particularly like the side character's such as the three members of the idol group and the Labrador who Haida has a date with. So let's start with the idol group. It consists of a rabbit (?) who is a pretty chill sort but is constantly... See full review
At first the story was a little slow, but once it got going it was absolutely amazing. You kinda knew how it was going to end, but it took so long to get there that it MADE you watch until the end. I'm so glad I chose to watch this.See full review
DO NOT WATCH THIS, I ADVISE YOU, DO NOT WATCH THIS BEFORE SEEING THE CODE GEASS MOVIE: LELOUCH OF THE RE;SURRECTION!!! YOU WILL RUIN YOUR EXPERIENCE, TIME, DAY, AND LIFE!!!
Like the main series, this side story started off fairly well and it drug out too many scenes. However, the ending is pretty garbage. Also, The main characters and storylines seem like rehashed ideas from the original show. I am very very very disappointed in this work. Never have I had the urge to skip so much and feel so unattached from the characters. I wouldn't call them characters, more like... See full review

I just had to let the planet know that this is a great watch! It only has 4 episode so it's perfect for someone who still can't commit to watching animes with lenghty episodes (IN SHORT PEOPLE WITH COMMITMENT ISSUES LOL). Despite its brevity I felt multitudes of emotions especially deep sadness SO PREPARE LOTS OF TISSUE!!! Lesson learned from this anime: Confess your feelings as soon as you're sure it's genuine. YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN WILL BE THE LAST TIME YOU CAN F*CK BE WITH THEM.See full review
I'll be honest. The mentality of this Anime is very exotic what makes it difficult to review for me. It's similar to a cheap toy from China. When you look at it still wrapped it may look nice and enjoyable. But this feeling fades after you start to play with it. It lacks funcionality and the quality is really bad. In the end you'll drop it somewhere and forget about it. The execution of this Anime is really bad and the dialogues are filled with Chinese mentality. The Male protagonist just occurs on screen and by accident gets coupled with monsters. He runs a Guestgouse and looks for a... See full review
I've watched both seasons to fully make my opinion on this. Both, the writter and the people behind the Anime HATE women. They genuinely coupled a female doll with a group of egoistic, sadistic and perverted scumbags to play a mental bukkake game. I can't imagine how a healthy woman would enjoy watching this and I'm an adult male. Plot and Premise ain't any better. It's focused around Heritage but doesn't affect the Actions of the Characters. It occurs at the end of each season and doesn't affect the MC's by any means. It's just something going on behind the scenes. I'd say it's 99% ''Horny... See full review
This show is basically the games, but the songs get cut off and kinda makes you want to get the orginal games. Afterwards, you might forget the story because it only focuses on one of the groups called Trickstar. Then there are over 40 characters to remember and you try to find a favorite, but their team gets to have a whole 10 minutes of screentime. Overall, just get the games from the japanese appstore (because it's good, especially the music app).See full review

Shall I grant your wish? xxxHOLIC is about a High Schooler named Kimihiro Watanuki who can see spirits. He has been trying to avoid them since forever and what seems to be a normal day of running away from these entities turns into an encounter with the eccentric owner of a shop that grants wishes; that owner being Yuuko Ichihara. This encounter begins Watanuki’s journey into the supernatural, filled with many conflicts that are wrapped around a supernatural layer but are very human at its core. The entire history was intriguing and incredible, but the problem was the clarity because almost no one could understand (including me), some parts were confusing.
The part of the animation was incredible! I still remember the fighting parts, really awesome.
The sound was good, like always, hahaha.
Some characters were so unnecessary, but the development of all of them was interesting.
Land of the Lustrous is one of the most unique experiences I’ve had the pleasure to watch in recent times; it was a really fun and thought provoking series which touches on some very interesting topics, all while delivering a very entertaining and exciting story unlike anything I’d seen before. I’ll start with the most noticeable aspect which is of course, the animation. The art-style is incredible, it is perhaps the best example of CGI animation I’ve seen in any anime. I will admit I was doubtful at first, the art seemed a bit too different and I wasn’t sure if it was going... See full review

I had high expectation when I started watching this series, on account of all the praise I had heard and the general notion that this would be the kind of show that would make me bawl my eyes out. I was not disappointed. Starting from the first opening from Survive Said The Prophet, which you probably know from Vinland Saga if you've watched it, every song in this anime has both masterful storytelling and gorgeous animations. I am not going to spoil anything, but as an artist, it is nice to see openings and endings with so much symbolism. Although the second opening is way more emotional and soulful than... In my opinion the show has an personality issue. Shown violence doesn't compele to the dialogue and concept maturity below full age. It's a tale for children filled with hate and gore. The overall composition of story and visuals could have been a little bit more precise by either aiming for a more mature theme (realistic relationships and dialogues) or less mature by avoiding bloosheet. On the one side we have the perfect personality of a Dalai Lama (Arslan) and his loyal servants filled with love and compasion towards him and on the other side they look like a fanatic group trying to resolve... This anime is my current favorite and even though it's still not finished I already like it so much. I love the part where the anime has a hint of BL in it, the flow of the story is just great and also I love the voices behind them, the animation was great and all the characters fit their roles perfectly and the mystery that the story is going on around with is just awesome. I can't wait to solve the mystery with Haru and Daisuke UwUSee full review
WARNING: This rambling review contains light spoilers, particularly for the first episode. No names or major plot points are spoiled in this review. This was honestly disappointing. I was expecting a thrilling survival story. Instead, I got emotional manipulation. Most of the characters I didn't care much about because we barely knew them. Why were we learning vital information about characters toward the END of the series? I spent 8 or so episodes wondering how one of the characters knew the others until it was casually alluded to. There was also some random cult arc shoehorned into the middle of the... See full review

SPOILERS AHEAD Really more like an “organized thoughts blog” rather than a formal review. What I didn’t like: Rachel: Ranked #193 on the Anime Planet most hated characters at the time of writing. I expect this ranking to climb as Rachel isn’t just an unlikable character. After her entire episode of exposition at the end, it’s revealed that she’s one of the most selfish, stupid, weak willed characters that I’ve ever seen in an anime. What’s worse is that she warps the entire story around herself, since she acts as the primary motivation for Bam which by... See full review

This is such a fun series! Literally, I had so much fun watching every single episode of this series. The story is divided into arcs and each arc focuses on the backstory of a particular character along with the overall main plot. There is a colorful cast of characters and the end result in every arc is so damn satisfying! I truly had a good time watching it. Can't wait for more episodes!See full review
Fresh and entertaining. Arte reminds me of Thoru Honda from Fruits Basket. She always see positive side of live. Pure, innocent and very motivated person. She deals with reality in her own unique, lighthearted way. This anime shows the viewer difficulty of times that the women were living in.
The woman served as decoration, she was supposed to pamper the senses of connoisseurs. Women posed for paintings, sculptors, inspired poets, but their participation in the achievements of the Renaissance usually ended there.
Saint Augustine: “The woman is an inferior creature who... See full review
one word for this show...KAWAI! It was so adorable and really relaxing to see a nice slow paced show. Little action and complete cuteness. It's a really nice show you can literally watch in a day and is just super adorable. Low key like School Babysitters in terms of cuteness. Not much plot but I still thoroughly enjoyed it.See full review

I don't like how the parents treated and raised them but should be expected with what this anime supposed to be. Okay concept thats been done way better, the execution however was poorly done to say the least, the only reason that it isnt 1/10 is the kickass opening. if you want something with a simller vibe that isnt so trash i'd go with Mirai Nikki or maybe Btooom! if you need attempted rape in your anime that badly.See full review
Something about this anime stood out to me from an aesthetics point of view. Kyoto Animation is known for making really pretty shows and this is no exception. I am a big baby when it comes to anime that are melancholy based, but this was not what I expected. I heard someone describe this anime as "watching someone go through therapy, and learn how to human", and that is a pretty good description for this anime. The story is good and it's worth watching if you want a good cry.See full review

I don't even know how to rate this because technically it should be a 0 or 10 but not 1-9. It can only be the best or the worst as it would of been the only anime in 1907. So it would of been up to the viewer to reject japanese animation as a whole or be excited for the future. Of course.... this is 2020 and I have my answer.
I would recommend this to anyone who's curious about the beginnings of anime. It's only 5 seconds long and is quite easy to find.
I'm not gonna delve too deep into the story of this anime, but all I want to say right now is that its an amazing anime and if you don't watch it your missing out. The animation and the cinematics are absoloutly incredible. It's so aestheticly plesasing, and is a huge part of the reason as to why I love this anime so much. It's a huge heartbreaker, and I'm a sucker for those types of anime. Yes, I love crying while watching anime. Story 7/10: The story was surprisingly good. I went into this expecting nothing but came out after experiencing a good anime. The story was well put together. I feel that, unlike many others, the flashbacks were necessary as it added more depth to the story. I did find the end unsatisfactory and am expecting a second season. Animation 8/10: I liked the animation but found the gore was done a bit too well, there's line that's never meant to be crossed and this anime crossed it. Apart from that, the animation was amazing. Sound 7/10: I don't... See full review
