Mysterious Girlfriend did two things really well in my opinion. It treats the sexual tensions between two inexperienced teenagers very maturely since they normally make immature choices but it also mocks the indirect kiss trope by having the teenagers share spit. I really enjoyed the relationship between Mikoto Urabe and Akira Tsubaki. It's not a perfect relationship, they both slip up here and there but that's expected from two teenagers. It makes them both feel human. Ayuko Oka is the real troublemaker, she really tries her best to push Mikoto Urabe and Akira Tsubaki into that immature... See full review
Imagine Sword Art Online, but with guns instead of swords, a female lead, and actually likeable and well written characters. That's Gun Gale for you. This show was pretty good. The problems with the show are not often, but there are still plenty of flaws. However, it is much more enjoyable that SAO. I showed my friend 10 episodes of SAO, and 10 episodes of GGO, and he thought that Gun Gale was superior completely. Watch if you want an actually good Sword Art Online, don't watch if you don't like slight lesbian implications.See full review

I'd be lying if I said I completely understood what the hell I just watched... I love the first 2 seasons of tg but this one falls short. For starters, the animation is completely different. It could be different but for better, which is not. It's not terrible, but I expected more. The fighting scenes are still good. You finish this season more confused then you started it. I was already planning on reading the manga, but I don't think you should have to read the manga to understand the anime. That's not how anime is supposed to work. Also, the story takes s o l o n g to develop sometimes, and in other... See full review

amazing story, makes you feel and cry so much. at first, you think it's just silly but when you take the time to watch you notice its something much more than that. its sad and happy, some jokes here and there but so heartfelt, everyone should watch.See full review
This anime is a masterpiece, plain and simple. It tells the story of two kids and the friends they make while also building a nuanced and sprawling world around them. The show radiates with life as one can always feel the emotions, be it hate, fear, or love, emerging from characters, be they human or otherwise. Each character was carefully crafted down to the minutest detail to give viewers a heartfelt experience and a message of "peace and acceptance for all". I wholeheartedly recommend this anime to all those who question the need for androids in society as well as those who seek a greater... See full review
So I'm not really a fan of too much hentai flavoured stuff, but this anime is just pitch perfect. Long time it's been since I've actually burst out laughing again and again watching an anime, but all the little and big pervy jokes in this are just glorious aha. Also the main protagonists, their drive, so many different locations, events, changing quickly. Its all light and fun to watch 10/10!!See full review
This anime made me smile at least 50 times. It teaches you about the slow campside's rhythm with slow, relaxing and innocent episodes and stories. Everything happens in its own time in a place where there's simply no reason to hurry. When I was watching the 4th episode I already knew this anime would become one my favorities and it did. The characters and the backstories aren't that much well developed because they don't need to be. This show is not about what happens with the people, but how they react based on their own ways to see life itself! Wanna have a heartwarming, calm and beautiful experience?... See full review
It's a great anime for anyone starting out, just saying. The anime is high in pontential considering that this season was epic! There's clear character development, plus a pretty good main character. Boring main character's will decrease the amount of people watching this, but they managed to make Bell interesting with many factors; How he trains, develops, and executes his actions. Main characters that are the only powerful ones just suck. Like, Deku from BNHA. Meanwhile, this anime introduces an array of various and detailed characters. Hestia, a childish god who secretly has great mightiness and is... See full review
This is a really nice anime but I would have wanted to see more episodes about their improvment while practice/training like in all the other sport-animes and more about them as a team. I also want to get to know more about Natsusa and his past (like how he played and what he was like, etc.) So I'm hoping for a second season^^ All in all, I would still recommend to watch this anime!! I learned some rules of rugby and the charakters are all handsome. The story itself is very interesting and kinda heartbreaking :( Have fun watching it guys!! <3See full review
What's bright, funny, dramtic and has no right to be as good as it is? Why it's this poorly (yet very descriptively) name show!
I'll be dead honest that I went into this show with the intent of hating it, from the name to the gimmicky and unfunny core concept, nearly everything was against it, but the way it presented the idea was less "Haha wacky random bullshit" and much more focused on the comedy built around the subversion of expectations and how these characters deal with it, which is about as good as a segway to the plot as I can think of.
The basic idea is about our MC gain a... See full review
This anime is the most beautiful thing to be animated, the story seems mature and good. It teaches us about forgiveness in life, it doesn't feel just like a normal sad story, the character doesn't just get sad things in his life, the bad things that happen to him feel weighed because it's the story of atoning your sins that you've done in the past and forgiving yourself. The animation, well it's perfect, can't tell you how much I love how the background of the sakura flowers just makes every scene look beautiful. All the character feels important and well written. There is no time wasted in this Anime, the... See full review
This show has all the makings of a pretty okay ecchi, harem, action-comedy. Unfortunately, it has one of THE WORST main characters EVER! Yuuto is the last surviving member of one of the great families of demon hunters, who is destined for the greatest of greatness, except he’s a pacifist, who hates violence – and probably girls. Until his latent demon fighting powers manifest, his protector is a cat demon who turns into a hot samurai girl, named Himari, who wants to breed with our hero very badly. Yuuto is also allergic to cats, which somehow correlates to him not being... See full review
This is an anime if you like the animation style is a great story. The stories and character development for what I watched was excellent. For me the animation and facial expressions where annoying and kept distracting me from the story. I jumped around to see if it got any better but it never did for me. If you like this kind of animiation I would recommend it as I said even though I hate the animation I still think the stories were very good.See full review

The characters are really good developed. The animation is awesome. For the sound I don't know nothing, but you know is something that you enjoy and there are girls that have kachan's voice as a crush so it's pretty good. But the story. Is just as any hero movie/cartoon. You have villains vs heroes,And Someone becoming the best hero. You don't get enough enigmas to be really hipped about next episode. That's my opinion at least. But 2nd season is much much better at the story.See full review
This a dystopian society that wants conformity. I always enjoyed this animation, it certainly took my number 1 spot! The bond between the two main characters, are undeniably strong and will pull anyone in. The story doesn't drag itself on either, each episode gets to the point, furthering the story at a great pace. It's certainly not a typical "BL" but it indicates hints to it. I would find it more on the lines of bromance. This anime will definitely tug your strings and make you cry.See full review
There's... just a lot to mention about this animation. Beginning with the rape scene. The story has potential, but it lost me, even more, when they started making transphobic comments. Not to mention how the writer related a human's situation to a damn animal! I don't understand how you can rape someone (on multiple times) once by force and another by intoxication. Unless you're into that stuff, this would be the perfect animation for you. Other than that, it's certainly not worth it.See full review

Ok...well... I liked this series alot. I even watched the full season 1. The problem is it's "romance" What kind of silly, stupid love is this? rather than this they should've add "mature romance" UH! Now I regret watching it ;( Some people might find me weird after reading this but really, after what I think and reading the reviews, maybe it's a little worth watching. I feel shame for liking the male characters... but, maybe it's just ok to watch it. I don't usually like romance anime but this one went too high. The crazy love and blah blah.... ❥ Magica Record: an anime I looked into, found intriguing, and finished within two days. Although I tend to be biased, this is a review so I will attempt to be as unbiased as possible.
Story ❥ The plot was interesting, but not the most interesting. I found a lot of the relationships in the plot reflected that of the original. It is about Iroha's journey to discover her wish that is the reason she is a magical girl, but she has no idea what that wish is. She hears from a fellow magical girl that magical girls are going to Kamihama City in order to be "saved." Hearing about... See full review

The only anime to really make me laugh. Where to start. The characters are so loveable and the sound and animation fit perfectly with the theme the anime is trying to capture. It's absolute bluntness in terms of anime tropes and breaking the fourth wall blends so well. This isn't your ordinary funny faces and falling over comedy. It's genuinely thought out and what makes it so hillarious is how ridiculous it is and not in the Jim Carrey ridiculous but the plots and lines for all the episodes are so unpredicatble. Seriously watch it.See full review
I loved it and wish so badly that they just made it into a normal length anime but I do suppose there is no real depth and that it was just a feel good short anime. Coming from a female perspective it's really refreshing to see a male lead thats deeply and crazy in love rather than the over used Nontan character which I actually didn't mind. It's just fun to see a nice change rather than the female lead chasing and chasing (Ao haru ride types) or just totally numb (My little monster types) It was fun to see a couple happily in love and super refreshing to see the passion between them shared equally... A melancholic yet very kind story. No dialogue, only moving pictures accompanied with a piano. The depicted locations, the gestures the characters share among each others, the story as a whole, all of it was very pleasant to watch. The tale of this short movie is very simple, but also very relatable, as it reminded me of many, many old people I've met throughout my life who shared similar stories as this one with me. I'll watch this short movie again for sure, as it reminded me that despite it's rough patches, life is still wonderful.See full review

I usually don't like adorable things but damn would I die for any of these characters. The parents, the baby sitters and the cute kids. This whole anime is one slap to the face of absolute adorableness. If you need a little light heartedness to distract from your day to day. Something to make you smile for a while I would definitely recomend watching this anime. It didn't take that long to finish so it's definitely worth the watch.See full review

(Yes I could just read the manga I know) But jesus the animation is beautiful, each characters story is so interesting and deep and Yona's charcter development is so empowering and amazing. This anime has definitely growing on me. The music is so familiar after watching the first two seasons that I feel like it's apart of me. The characters have grown on me to and I feel like this anime has such a way of connecting you to the story and to each character you meet along the way. That last episode was amazing and really pieced together everything that has happened so far. But it scares me because I feel like our happy youkai and human family aren't going to be able to share those happy care free moments together and that as the series continues I'll have to say goodbye to these characters I've... While I can't say Steins;Gate 0 was awful, it did NOT live up to its prequel. At all. But there's a genuine reason for this. Steins;Gate 0's curse was was none other than being a frankenstein's monster amalgam of a storyline. I believe the nail in Steins;Gate 0's coffin was the nature of the visual novel it adapted. For insight, the original Steins;Gate visual novel had a linear main storyline. The other routes outside of the main storyline were not necessary to enjoy and understand the story, and were more or less just extras focused on a specific character. Hence why the Steins;Gate anime thrived so... See full review
Ok so this anime does indeed start off pretty generic, we should all see the first 8 or so episodes as the exposition, as the show actually gets pretty dang deep. STORY:The story is surprisingly complex with some depressing twist, and prepare yourself for Licht's and Nana's backstory. The story also sheds light on a major real world problem: Overpopulation. This leads to hunger, poverty, and eventually war, which is where Licht and Nana comes in. The discoveries we go through as we see these two backstres unfold are jaw dropping enough, but how these stories are told is the real magic. We find out... See full review
I'll be honest with you, after finishing Brotherhood in a quarantine marathon, I was a little biased against 03 at first due to being a diehard fan of the original manga a while ago, and more recently, adoring Brotherhood. Nonetheless, I can't say I regret picking it up. For the positives, I think my favorite part of 03 is the world building it had that Brotherhood lacked. I truly had a lot of fun watching the "filler" parts. The standalone episodes really gave you a closer look of the one-time shenanigans the two brothers got themselves into during their travels, an element that made me fall in... See full review
I finished this anime in one night and I cried so much in one episode. This is a masterpiece. The Story is so good and the characters are all good-looking and and everything. For everyone thinking about watching it, you should. You won't regret it. Also it's different from what I watch usually. I've never watched an anime about music but I will from now on <3 The songs are so good I wanna cry... The lyrics mean so much to me and you can hear the pain in the voice. "The Promised Neverland" follows a group of children who discover that their beloved foster home is actually a farm where they're being harvested as food for a demon race. There's plenty to enjoy in this anime and it's certainly one of the better ones that's been released in the horror genre. That being said, this anime doesnt come without its own issues. The story is interesting enough. Watching the children come up with ways to escape was entertaining and the main villain, Isabelle, led to some necessary and interesting conflict. I do think the story relied a bit... See full review
This series originated from the hobby artist who bears the pseudonym "One". At that time, his comic was like the work of a below-average illustrator, that is, it was almost similar to doodling.
Later this was taken over by "Yusuke Murata" and he gave it the shine of a real manga. As was to be expected with the popularity, we received an anime, numerous Ova's and an announcement for a second season of the Manga series.
Subtext: So far I only knew the series by listening and was confronted with one or the other scene on Youtube, which I simply wanted to see out of curiosity. And... See full review
This is a garbage anime. I don't see any reason in watching this as an anime. The plot isn't decent enough for to be considered good (not like there is much of a plot anyway). Don't let the tags fool you. Just blurring the areas doesn't make it not a hentai.... Anyway, with that out of the way I gotta say it's a pretty decent hentai. That's literally the only reason someone will ever watch this unless their standards for anime suck.See full review
These 2 Ova's can be roughly classified into the middle part of the second season. While the first ova was only for entertainment, the second had a slight reference to the events of the second season, but these were not really necessary. In terms of content, these Ova's were generally only for entertainment and were mainly held by the "comedy" genre, the rest were neither present nor in focus. In other words, the probably only distinctive genre here was clearly "comedy". As mentioned, there was nothing in the plot area. There was nothing lacking in the animations, but during the course... It is certainly not a worthy "successor". The second season of Noragami clearly differs in content from the predecessor. Whereas in the first season the characters and relationships were mainly dealt with, it dealt more with the actual actions and some questions that were asked. However, the implementation failed. First, the episodes were clearly drawn out, which made everything seem stretched and the tension had to suffer. Especially since this season much less detail was revealed than you would think, because the whole season dealt almost with the past, which the present had caught up... See full review
The description of Noragami didn't sound too impressive to me, even if the drawing style already exuded a kind of individuality, so at least there had to be something in it. In the end, it was almost only the look itself. Noragami started with rather rough episodes and it seemed that the start was difficult, and the introduction to the plot was also rather poor. At first you could have really thought that the plot would have a case principle that would be completed in the course of 1-2-3 episodes. Say, Yato takes an order which he is pursuing and that's it and the whole thing again. However, this was... See full review
With the second season, this series turns things upside down that you got from the first season.
First and foremost, the humor has been partially reduced, the series has become enormously brutal and dark. The characters got a lot of depth and you dealt with their personality and psyche. The psychological genre in particular was expanded in an interesting way. In that sense, the second season is surprisingly almost the opposite of the first. It did not lose charm and humor and strengthened in various areas. Genre:
Comparable to the first season. Away from the "psychological" genre... See full review
From the mysterious and legendary "One" the creator of One Punch Man, we have another bizarre and remarkable work here.
Quite a pleasant flat drawing style, dynamic animations, high quality humor and a bunch of likeable characters. Genre:
The focus is clearly on the "comedy" as well as "supernatural" genre. However, the implementation has generally become very excellent. Some more of the genre will get a lot more charisma in the following season.
The first season does not have a real plot. There is no main plot and most of the episodes are devoted... See full review
An interesting parody of the well-known "Magical Girl" standards. Take the usual clichéd concept and the associated process - add violence, action, curses, sexual references and allusions to the series. If only that were all, no. The transformation of the Magical Girls is wonderfully ripped off here. Instead of 2 girls in pink clothes, you get 2 splendid specimens from Jojo-like men. These use their magic herbs and staff to beat up demons in the ground (with appropriate censorship to cover up the gore part). All well and good. There is swearing on every corner and this work is pretty much... See full review
