ok, not sure where to even start with this, but to make it easier i'll take the approved format.

Story- 3/10

Frankly i am suprised this was able to be made into an anime.  it has good ideas but these are all so half baked that it just leaves you feeling annoyed.  It is actually rather misleading as the first couple of episodes are not all that bad and manage to draw you in; but then I think they author tried to add too many plot lines in which ended in a rather rushed and feeble way.  Which is all rather a shame because there were some rather original bits in this anime and it could have, honestly, been great.

Animation- 9/10

This is what sold it to me and made me finish all 12 episodes.  The animation is brilliant, fight scenes are impecably done with just the right amount of blood, gore, and psychological creepiness.  Its like watching a film for its fight scenes and car crashes...which i have done and proabably will do again!

Characters- 5/10

Yeah....again, im not sure what went wrong with this.  The main characters are fairly well fleshed out and interesting to watch, however any background history they try to give comes out confused and incomprehensible.  I suppose this is them trying to make some mystery but it doesnt really work.

Now i get to my main point of contention, the villans. The way they speak is off putting and makes you want to tune them out.  Sure they embody the whole insane killer type...or at least i hope so, i was lost as to what their motive was half the time.

The story and characters are cornerstones of a good anime which this one sadly lacks, so therefore it gets a 4.5/10
