I've been reading manga and watching anime for the past two decades so my lists are by no means reflective of everything I've watched/read, but they are either ones that I remember well enough or ones I've read/watched in the past couple of years.

I usually read:

• Historical 
• Shoujo/Josei 
• BL
• Isekai 
• Comedy

I usually watch: 

• Shounen 
• Seinen
• Action heavy anime
• Shoujo

Rating System:

⭐️ - ⭐️✨: Would not recommend and couldn't find many/any redeeming qualities.

⭐️⭐️: Didn't love it or it didn't make an impression, but there were parts of it that were decent.

⭐️⭐️✨: Either middle of the road or it was good but had a glaring issue that really brought the ranking down.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ - ⭐️⭐️⭐️✨: Solid story overall and not lacking in art, plot, or characters. Would recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️:  Really enjoyed and would reread. 

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨: Almost perfect with very few criticisms on my part.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️: Not only do I have no criticisms but it's also exemplary in both writing and art. Usually these stories leave an impact on me and are ones I will think about for a long time. 

• I don't rate or review anything until I've completed it so I have a full picture of the story, the characters, and the development. 

TW: I do read and sometimes rate highly stories with triggering content. For me, a story doesn't have to be all fluff for it to be one I enjoy so keep that in mind if you take any recommendation from me.
