Hey everyone! As many of you may already know, Crunchyroll recently concluded its first ever Anime Awards! As much as I love Crunchyroll, and as much as I love the idea of the Anime Awards, I was a little...no, a lot TRIGGERED at the fact that Yuri!!! on Ice won 5 out of 14 categories...5! Not to mention that it will most likely win the Anime of the Year category as well, which has not yet been announced at the time of this review. Let me start off by saying that I'm not the type of person that typically writes, or reads reviews, however, after watching Sword of the Stranger I felt compelled to share my thoughts with you - the person reading this review. Looking at the ratings I gave each category of the film you might think that this movie is your run of the mill action flick, but there is more to this story than just the numbers.
