(Spoilers that arent that huge read at your own risk)

The character Ryuusui is either hateable or loveable and the other characters are the same so 8, the sound is pretty dissapointing its just the same sounds but they made snapping better and the hot air ballon has almost 0 sound which is VERY dissapointing so its a 6.5, the story is just like a little bit more of season 2 they are planning to make a boat to get across the world where the light originally took place but you get the person who will be captain (Ryuusui) the design and some funny moments with a hot air ballon and currency so ill say 10, the animation is really well done but nothing insane that sticks out except for Senku's high five and Ryuusui's snap so its an 8, with all that being said im easily giving this a 7.5 Overall and i cant wait for season 3 really good movie would reccomend. (You also get a fashion show and the outfit they gave the oldman is easily his look and it would be better with a cigar like crocodile or smoker from one piece)
