I just wanted to thank ya for tellin' me about this site! it figgin' Rocks!!!!!!!!!..... but i feel like the biggest nerd ever now that I've spent over a month watching anime and that's only counting on that I've watched these once!!! I'VE WATCHED ALL OF FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST AT LEAST ELEVEN TIMES!!!!!!!!!
Hey nean, I popped into the chat room after you'd already left... but just so you understand how the site works, it's not an algorithm ^_^ I hate algorithm sites because they aren't accurate and don't give you reasons, so it's impossible to know how to follow. In this case, every recommendation you see was made by a human, and there are required reasons (and there are rules for the reason, so more than likely you won't run across a stupid one like "both have girls with blue hair").
To see the reasons, you can either click "click here to read why!" at the top right of the panel, or 'recommendation reasons' which is a button next to screenshots, etc
You can also add your own recommendations as well ^_^
Anyways, thats why people said that in chat - most (if not all) of them input their recs on a regular basis, so it's more than likely they've given ones for EL already :D
