The biggest problem with this manga is the instantaneous falling in love, and that problem could've easily been handled if the timespan was extended to a few months or even just a few weeks and if they had slowly grown closer to each other. An extended timeframe also could've helped deal with the communication barrier, which is related to the first problem. Any story that portrays people falling in love while being unable to talk to each other has a problematic view of love. Anyway, I'm not a huge fan of stories with love at first sight; I think it's often just lazy writing.

The second biggest problem is them temporarily separating at the end. Perhaps that would've made sense if Hana had been able to communicate that fe would be coming back, but like I mentioned previously, they can't talk to each other. The manga sorta just glosses over that and has Ap somehow intuitively understand what Hana is trying to say. But anyway, why do they have to separate in the first place? Why couldn't Hana have stayed on the island, perhaps finding a way to get an internet connection there and continue feir idol-ing from the island? Or why couldn't Ap have accompanied Hana off the island, with both of them perhaps returning to the island periodically?

4/10 story
8/10 art

4/10 overall

I suppose if it was made for a one shot, the relationship had to be fast but not in this series where it should be few months or even a year for the girls to get to know each other..
