The art is often like sloppy caricatures; there are decent moments, but it's generally just really bad. The first three stories all include (or imply) the idea of horrifying things coming about because somebody imagined them into existence, and someone with an active imagination who feels isolated from the rest of society is also a recurring idea. Chapter one was meh, chapter three was uninteresting, but chapters two and four were decently entertaining and included some pretty novel ideas. There's some unethical, and at times sociopathic, behavior; a lot of dismembered, rotting flesh and other gross-out stuff; supernatural phenomena; and an "intense" chase scene.
