Enter a room cluttered with so much paraphernalia, junk, and random doodads that there's not even enough room for a proper bed (thus, sleeping in a casket). It's almost counterintuitive to imagine such a chaotic mess creating a relaxing and comforting atmosphere, but that's exactly what happens. Having experienced this type of joy in real life, my armchair psychoanalysis says it comes from an innate (perhaps womb-based) love of confined spaces, along with the fun of finding novel items everywhere you look. In this manga, Ozawa hangs out in Oyamada's item-filled apartment room along with Oyamada's friend Shimamoto. They open the random boxes Oyamada's brother sends to see what's inside, drink together, and generally enjoy each other's company. It's very casual and light-hearted.

A romance develops between Ozawa and Oyamada and this romance is also very casual and light-hearted, though there are three major milestones they pass which have tension built up for a bit beforehand. But each time they pass a milestone (ch. 12, 22, 34), it always ends up feeling very natural as though it wasn't ever a big deal. And makes them feel that all the worries and anxieties that had pent up to that point were just needless and almost silly. I love seeing this couple's playful banter and clear love for each other. It's adorable. They're the type of people to have an exchange like this: "Can I borrow your shower?" "Make sure to return it."

Either the art got better over the course of the series or I got used to it. It's still not amazing art or anything, but I think I like it. Emotions are shown well and characters feel distinct.
