The series prime isn't the strongest, so a shallow offshoot never really had any chance of being worth the read. It's a gag manga, but where the gags are just brief, mildly amusing moments where the situations take a slightly unconventional turn or where characters act in slightly abnormal ways. The jokes just aren't that strong.

The artwork is ugly. It's a scroll-down experience with rectangles of patterns and gradient colors that blur into the white space. Chibified characters interact atop these rectangles. The coloring is soft. The heads of the characters are shaped like lima beans. The mouths are overly elongated and will also awkwardly be drawn in the middle of the cheeks when we're seeing the faces from the side. The arms and general movements are stiff and unnatural. The shirtless torsos in chapter 6 are absolutely atrocious.
