commented on Ax4L's profileYeah I see your point but the extent to which he monopolises things, considering the fact that generations of people have dedicated themselves to the tower and have a lot more power than MC, doesn't really make sense. He became stronger by repeating the tutorial but this could have easily been achieved by anyone else. Also the comparison made between this and the Kardashains transcends whether it's reality or not - trash is trash and is addictive, quality rarely matters.

commented on Ronavi's review of DorohedoroThis review doesn't seem merely biased, it feels like you weren't paying attention AT ALL. The first two points are understandable but the last two make zero sense.
In terms of plot, you described a specific character's arc, that is also not simple at all. All of the characters are facing their own individual issues because they all have different goals and motivations. Yes, there's no purely good or purely evil but this allows for a great deal of depth in the character. Their backstories are well developed and are great explanations for why they are the way they are. The way the characters are interlinked make for a very intricate plot.
I genuinely doubt that you paid attention. You said that you found it unengaging but don't straight up lie about it.
BIASED REVIEW ALERT, If you love the show than great just ignore this because I wouldn't understand. But to those who plan to go into this anime completely blind like I did, this might be for you.
I have to say that this is sadly 100% without any doubt the absolute worst anime I've ever seen...

commented on Sammy15's profileI mean, the reason I DIDNT read the novel was because the comments said that it was so cliche and superficial that it would be a waste of time. And in any case, in the past 70 chapters, no one has even questioned why the tower exists. I doubt the plot was deep in the novel. So I'm not going to waste my time reading a shitty novel just because som dumbass with no sense for quality tells me to.

commented on Ax4L's profileHis powers don't make sense AT ALL. The only reason he managed to get so powerful was because he knew how all the floors work because his brother told him. That should definitely be a handicap for him because if the floors are the same every time, other people who had been groomed since birth to climb the tower would have done a much better job than the MC, considering that they also started off more powerful. The fact that the MC monopolises the artifacts in the beginning makes ZERO sense and so does people throwing away the key.
And no, what I said wasn't contradictory at all. People love satisfying trash. There's a reason the Kardashians are famous and it's not because people think they have a great storyline, but rather because it's easy to digest and satisfying. The same applies to this. It's very cliche and there's virtually nothing unique about it, from the characters to the setting. It just has a certain addictive quality because of the power fantasy.
