Flavors of Youth told 3 different stories of 3 different people in 3 different cities, all with a connection with each of the main character's past as a kid/teen (youth). The stories seemed like not connected to each other, but the themes reminded me of the 3 BASIC needs of we, as humans, need, which I was taught in my elementary school, i.e. sandang (clothe), pangan (food), and papan (house).
