I see. It's no problem if you wanna keep it vague. I think we all have something ruined for us by somebody else, albeit some experience it more than others. Are there any other shows that were ruined for you by somebody else, intentionally or accidentally?
Who ruined it for you, and how? If it's personal, you don't have to answer, I'll understand. It got ruined for me by my annoying ex who loved mecha and other objectively shitty genres (there are exceptions, of course). However, I always hated Code Geass anyway because of its cliche characters, choppy pacing, and uninteresting animation/art style. Kallen is one of the better characters though!
Thank you for respecting the boundaries of my illness. I did not intend to watch it, really, but I merely wanted to hear another perspective on it. There is a character who looks interesting to me though. Another random question: What do you think of Code Geass?
Makes sense. Maybe you had a good reason to add him in the past and have just forgotten why. I noticed people will literally add hundreds of loved characters and I'm just like wtf? How can somebody love hundreds of characters? Love is too strong a word to be thrown around so superficially tbh. Also, I see you've watched/read Devil's Line. I've heard mixed opinions on it, and I'm scared to watch it because the content might trigger my PTSD. .-. Is it any good?
If I already like a show before its fandom bothers me, I won't stop liking it, but a bad fandom will make me feel compelled to ignore certain franchises. I try not to let that happen, but it just does. I'm not really interested in the show anyway, so I never even wanted to watch it. However, like I said, I'm up for anything, so if one of my friends likes it that much, I'm willing to give it a try! Btw, why do you like Kirito from SAO? Not judging, just curious, don't worry!
