Hmm that's a bit tough since not many anime have a complete story like FMA:B.I'd say One Piece, Fairy Tail and all those other typical action shounens but if you're looking for something shorter then try Blue Exorcist.
Not many anime are similar to those two but if you can tell me which genre you're looking for like Comedy, Romance, Slice-of-life or Action then yeah I can probably recommend a bunch of anime to you :p
