"The vampire dies in no time" is a short comedy centered around a fanous vampire hunter named Ronaldo and feeble, 200 year old vampire Draluc who comes to live with him. The overall premise of a vampire-vampire hunter duo living together is very entertaining and nicely executed in this show. The jokes are funny and translat very well into English. I was positively surprised by the high quality animation and expressive artstyle. The unique design (for anime standards) of Draluc is what drew me into the show in the first place! Absolutely horrible. Way too over-sexualised for a show targeted towards teenage girls/boys. Original author arrested for CP.  That's all you need to know

My friend recommended me this and I watched the entirety of it in 3 days. While the first episode didn't have me hooked and left me a bit weirded out (not in an intended, good way but rather just creeped out and confused), I'm glad i stuck around! The desths were animated grusomely and were almost every time unpredictable. I didn't forsee any of the plot-twists but was positively surprised that, after finishing the show and realizing, there are many hints regarding the ending sprinkled throughout the entire show. This is not your average girl-ghost haunting!!

At first this show will appear to be your average magical-girl anime, but that is not the case at all! Packed with emotions and psychological horror it's not easy to stomach. The enemies of the series, the "witches", have an out-of-place look and their art style is surreal. The way the show uses angles and cuts builds up tension and uneasy feelings towards those who you are supposed to trust. Definitely a new favorite of mine!!!

The premise is very intresting and Ayanokouji is enticing. I hope in the second season we will be able to hear way more of his inner dialog. The only thing that actually bothered me was the amout of annoying fanservic and the way the female characters are all basically just "waifus". I can imagine the leader of one of the factions in Class-A will be the only exception from this unbearable trope.
