First of all, I gotta talk about the animation. It's not bad but it could be better. Ngl I think the faceless NPCs were an interesting touch even tho some say it's 'lazy'.

The songs. I personally love listening to the OSTs after finishing the anime cuz who doesn't like a good song? The openings and endings used were absolute bangers and I recommend a try even if you're not interested in watching the anime.

Okay where do I start with the story lmao-

The one time I heed the tags is when I get confused. I expected some Six Wives drama but boy did it give me plot twist after plot twist. I've never read any Shakespeare work but from the Googled synopsis, I'd say it's decently similar to the original. It did say it's loosely based after all. And what's anime without its own twist?

I don't think I'll ever get over the amount of love triangles and other lowkey suspicious stuff going on in here

Now time for the characters. I like the creative take on Richard III's spine(?) problem. The characters are to my taste (blondes) and they suffer a lot. Ehe

In conclusion your honour, watch it if you're interested in the following:

1) An intersex character

2) Gay shit

3) Historical shit

4) Complicated relationships

5) LGBT(?) in the 15th century

6) Suspicious shit

7) Blondes

Or just read the manga straight away since it's completed and apparently better

8/10 story
7/10 animation
10/10 sound
8/10 characters
8/10 overall
