When i saw this, my first thought was- wait, is it going to be a whole series made of ova/ omake/specials?

New episodes actually continue events from previous ones. It is the same anime but made in a different way. All the comedy stuff is there, but dramatic moments and serious fights are not included. Orginal version of this anime is like vodka (or wine maybe, as vodka might be a bit to much XD) and this version is like a non alcoholic beer. Actually it was realy pleasant to watch and i have nothing to complain about in this series. It gave me an occasion to see more of characters that I like and to laught. It was also realy heartwarming and just lovely. If you want to see some daily basic of Tensai Shitara Slime Catta Ken characters and laught while watching how monsters celebrate human holidas, you must see this series.

I fully recommend, it was not a waste of time.
