the thing is, fairy tail was one of the first anime I ever watched, and that's why it was still more special for me than for other people who had more experience with anime. Of course it isn't the best, but i still like it (although the fillers are really monstrous abominations). The manga is even better though (and it seems like it might get a little more serious too)
