Hello there, and you're welcome. :) Indeed I do, but so far I've only listened to BTS, BIGBANG, one song of Stray Kids (the OP for for the Tower of God anime, to be specific), and a little bit of 2NE1 along with some others. Which K-Drama's do you like? I've seen The Scholar Who Walks The Night, Navillera, and a couple episodes of It's Okay To Not Be Okay. It's nice to meet another fan of How to Keep a Mummy! :D I love it for the same exact reasons you described, and also because I've had a thing for Egyptian Mythology ever since I was a kid. That's great, I hope you enjoy it! :D
Yes, I've heard that Banana Fish deals with a lot of sensitive topics that are potentially triggering. So it is very good that you bring it up. I'd say I am not easily shaken, though it is perfectly possible that tears will start flowing ( ̄▽ ̄*)ゞ
Thank you, I will start with the manga then. I thought there might be some differences between the anime and the manga of Banana Fish, since the manga was originally realeased in the 80ies and was quite long for a 24-episodes adaption. But then I am glad that both are good and they stayed true to the source material. A friend of mine also really loved the series, but she did not read the manga, so thank you for your advice.
Not sure when I will start with it though, since it tackles a lot of heavy topics and I think I kinda have to brace myself for some heartbreak and tears ( ; ω ; ). I have not read or watched that much BL series (though there were a few I liked), so feel free to recommend me anything, if you find something good :)
Hello Czyra, thank you for following me and nice to meet you! :D
I really like your profile and your review of Banana Fish; I've always been curious about it, but have not watched it so far. Do you think it is better to start with the anime or with the manga?
