Have you watched Dangan Ronpa? There's killing... Not sure about action. The one thing though is that the game had much better built up.
Also, have you watched Revolutionary Girl Utena? I haven't watched it yet, but it seems like there might be some action within it of some sort, buried beneath all that symbolism heh
good anime i could reccomend? mmm none really unfortunately. judging by some of the stuff you've watched, my taste seems to be far too moe moe kyon at the moment ('>')
