I still have yet to finish any JRPG other than FF7, Chrono Trigger, and Chrono Cross. I have 4 other Final Fantasies I have yet to finish. They've just been sitting around for years.
Katawa Shoujo. Play it. Don't judge by the name. It's an amazing work.
Megatokyo. Read it.
The Order of the Stick. READ IT!
Sci-Fi and Fantasy reader: Orson Scott Card, Robert Jordan, John Scalzi, Robert Aspirin, Brandon Sanderson, HP, Eragon, Carol Berg, Steven Gould, Temeraire, and Max Barry. READ THEM!!!! lol
I'm a total sap, when it comes to anime. I cried in Clannad: After Story. Almost cried in Angel Beats!

Hello! sothis is redesigning the anime-planet site, and plans to roll out an awesome new site design in July, we believe. The blog feature is not part of the new design, and it is going away. More information about this here: Announcement: the blog feature is being deprecated topic link. (Be sure to check out the new site design when it goes live!)
The blog pages are going away, and will be gone when the site redesign goes live. Your blog here will be removed from the site.
So, if want to keep the information posted in your blog, you will need to copy this information someplace else on the site. If you have any questions how or where to do this, please feel free to get back to me, and I will try to assist.
Interesting. I've never heard of streaming while live chatting. But then again, it probably wouldn't be my thing anyway. I'd probably just forget I was talking to someone and just watch the show! lol
Thanks for the blog comment! It really made my day.
And you're "my connection fluctuates more than the emotions in Fushigi Yugi" had me busting a gut. It is so true! I'm also from a rural area, so I don't get the greatest connection either.
It's so nice to find someone who knows my pain! lol
Ah excellent! You hit pretty much everything on my wish-list for anime: good story, good music, good characters and good art. :) Romance usually isn't my genre, but for some reason, I've been on a romance/drama streak lately so I'm happy to get some recommendations. And I'm not going to lie - I'm pretty excited for all three of the series you mentioned. :p
(Oh, and Brandon Sanderson rocks!)
Thanks for the comment! It's good to know I'm not alone in the world :p I haven't seen any of the anime you mentioned, but they certainly look promising. I'm going to have to watch 'em when I find the time. :) Have any idea which one I should start with?
