So this anime gave probably the best line from any anime... "I don't need to understand it.  I just accept it and keep watching."  That little nugget is probably the best thing in here, as way too many people are always demanding some deep meaning in shows that are simple and funny.

The story had plenty of potential, but was just not executed very well.  There are decent jokes here and there but otherwise, its not very good.  As others have stated, the characters could have been something, but are all pretty underwhelming and blah.

Nuts and bolts wise, the character animation is ok, but the background seem to either be overly rushed or maybe lazily drawn, not sure which reason for them being sub-par.  The sound levels are stable, and the music is pretty good considering the lackluster show it accompanies.

Not sure how well this series did in Japan, storywise I assume there may be a 2nd season.  If so I truly hope they fix some of these problems.

I dont hate it,, but it just seems like so much wasted potential, and I am a big lover of isekai shows.  If you are just starved for something to watch, then go ahead.  But this is just not the show to seek out for a great time.
