I must say that I enjoyed this far more than I thought I would.  I was expecting just another tsundere villainess show like the others.  What I got was more.

While trying not to give away too much, I enjoyed the layout of this show better than its counterparts that are, "its a game I am playing" or "somehow I woke up in the body of a villainess".  I really enjoyed the interaction between the game players and the in-game characters which gave it more of an alternate world feel.  Then the fact that you have parallel stories for the IRL and in-game folks going at the same time.  Plus the story had various twists in it, and despite the IRL girl knowing most she didn't spoil the game for the guy.  It was a good spin on this genre.

The character building was good too.  Sieg, Liese, Fiene, and Baldur the in game characters were given good histories, you got to watch them grow in the show, and turn out to be lovable.  The IRL character Endo was also given a good history, and watched him grow too.  Kobayashi's character is fun but pretty generic, as you get no real look into character's motivation until the last episodes or two.  But great characters all around, and even some of the tertiary characters were fun too.

Lastly, the nuts and bolts of the show were solid.  The animation was nothing super special, but it was solid.  The audio levels were stable, and the music was brilliantly done.

All in all if you like the tsundere animes then you will most likely love this one.  Its also enjoyable enough for normal anime fans that don't normally venture into this type of series.  All in all I highly recommend this for anyone looking for enjoyment and maybe looking for that good warm feeling.
