Wow. Honestly, that's all I have to say. If this anime is on your "Do Not Watch" list, I think you should reconsider. This show is a work of art on so many different levels.

I would give this show a 100,000 if I could.

Here's why:

***MAYBE SPOILERS***

Not only is this show amazing in practically every aspect, the story it tells is absolutely heartbreaking and inspiring at the same time. We get to see the rise of Class 3-E, and we get to learn the exact same lessons those kids did through the beauty of KoroSensei's teachings. Honestly, it changed my perspective so much on so many things. 

and speaking of...UGHHHHH that ending...

I cried harder than I ever had in my life. I cried for at least an hour and a half. I gave myself a headache from crying so hard. My advice with this show? give yourself the time to watch the last 5 or so episodes back to back. it'll hit harder. Also, bring a couple tissue boxes, but you're not gonna want to even open those until you get through the ending. There's something almost renewing about mourning over the loss experienced in this show.
