commented on eatmerindou's profileHeh, well, I hate to disappoint, but Kaguya's my girl, in that regard, on Kaguya-sama. (Gorgeous rich lovesick genius with black hair? Yes, please.) Her turn in the second season was fantastic, with the VA turning in an utterly masterful performance, which allowed her to--by the numbers--hit Chika-levels of quality...just not in so reality-warping a way as Chika (who is the way, the light, and the truth) is able to achieve with everything she does in every frame of screentime she has.
Which is almost unfair, really. Kaguya is a brilliant character...but Chika is a force of nature. And you just don't compare the Mona Lisa to a hurricane.
Speaking of: Echidna snuck up on me, over the course of the second season (part one) of Re:Zero. I liked her immiediately, but I didn't think she'd turn out to be as well-written as she was. Which is why I think she rivals (but does not (yet) beat) our stealth best girl. (Relatedly: I am continually amazed at how well Re:Zero is sculpted, even if it isn't always well written.)
Now...regarding Mini Yaemori: I only just found out that there's a FIFTH girl in that series. I was looking something up and--whammo--I thought I was seeing a spoiler about Ruka chaning her look. But, no, new girl. I know nothing about her, but I guess season two or the manga (volume three out in the U.S. soon-ish!) will let me in on the latest addition to the oddly un-harem-y harem.

Seriously, though, she'd be my pick for overall best girl in the whole of anime. She's not my favorite character of all time, she's not my top waifu (she's not even my Kaguya-sama waifu, really)--but I don't think there's a better girl who ticks more boxes (and with so much intensity!) than she does. Anime peaked with the Chika Dance. Everything else is just killing time.
...well, maybe not--but close enough!
We didn't get much time with Sumi, so we didn't get much of her personality--which, in a series where the girls are all gorgeous, makes up for a lot, which is why I'd put her last. I mean, she's super-cute, but the other three are so vibrant that I can't help but prioritize them.
And, yeah, Ruka gets a bad rap, with the writing (at least on the show) being more to blame than the character. But Chizuru can tsundere me all day. I mean, I don't know that she's my favorite type of tsundere, but she's a grounded one, with a grudging acceptance of the circumstances of her life that I find, um, relatable. Plus, y'know, she ended the series on "Baka," which is the best thing ever.
As for the others on your list...Beatrice is, I've seen, the stealth best girl of Re:Zero. I mean, my best girl is Emilia, but Beatrice is my favorite character and probably the best character on the show. ALTHOUGH...if you watched the second season, there's a certain tea-drinking lady who made one hell of a run at dethroning her.

That's in terms of looks, personality, overall character--it doesn't change until you get, like, really specific about what we're ranking them by. (So, for example, if we're going by sex appeal, Mami's at the top of the list. If we're going just by look, Ruka's pretty much my dream girl. Stuff like that.)
And while I absolutely love Ruka (and I really do love Ruka), I love Chizuru's flaws more than I do Ruka's flaws. So I'm 100% #TeamChizuru.
How about you? I see you're a Sumi fan. (And I also see you dig Beatrice (nice!) and Nayu (nice!) and Shiina (boo--Aoyama deserved better!) and Mai (nice!) and, of course, Chika, who is the way, the light, and the truth (nice!).)

I mean, there are only so many "polishing Onii-chan's microphone!" moments I can sit through before I choose to spend my time elsewhere.
It just didn't live up to the "here's the gang!" song they released:
Plus the one group I was interested in seeing ISN'T IN THE SHOW.
And I had hopes for Adachi to Shimamura--until I watched the first episode. I haven't jumped ship, yet, but it was kind of discouraging. (Those narration monologues were kiiiillling me. So pretentious and unnecessary.) I love yuri and I love a romance plot, but...Ep 2 needs to step it up, in my opinion.
Also--update: Dropout Idol Fruit Tart was dumb. sadly. And I'm going through a bit of an idol anime phase, so...I think that's saying something.

To answer your question, though...while I can turn anything into Windbag Fest, nothing I've seen--so far--has inspired anything heavy to chew on. Of course, it's rare that one or two episodes of anything sets off essay-length back-and-forth discussions, in my experience, so maybe that's not unexpected.
That said...even the couple of shows I've enjoyed don't particularly seem set to meet that challenge:
Assault Lily: Bouquet is AWESOME, but other than gushing about its surface-level stuff (like its yuri elements and character design), nothing has happened yet, so there isn't much to think about too deeply. There could be, if a plot develops, but...I kinda don't want one. I'm enjoying the puttering around too much.
The Day I Became a God has the potential (and I stress potential) to be at least minimally chat-worthy, depending on whether or not the mystery aspect (if we can call it that) is played up. But there's only been one episode, and I don't know that it's indicative of what the series will be like, overall.
If that changes--or if Dropout Idol Fruit Tart turns out to be a deep dive factory, once I actually see it--I will let you know.
