The show starts as any generic isekai anime with the MC dying and then getting reincarnated as a slime and that's pretty much is the show's only quirk,the rest of the anime is just an overpowered slime beating every enemy with magic and with no real struggle.

So in summary the problem with the anime is this

All the characters are bland and poorly writen:they're all just generic and one dimensional even the MC,despite the fact that most of the characters change physical appearance after they were given name,who they are from the inside (if there's anything in the inside) is still predictible and uninteresting, and they share all the other personality tropes that we've seen done a lot of times in different anime,which is a no surprise since this is an isekai.Speaking of which,the story itself follows the generic isekai narrative built on fantasy elements,role playing and using a system of power that makes no sense so it doesn't follow any rules therefore there are no restrictions to what a character can or can't do,all you know as a watcher is "that guy has a lot of magic power or not" so you end up not caring about who wins against who because you're not really invested in the story.

Despite all that,the show still has a good slice of life side in it plus a lot of the episodes are really funny,these 2 elements are what made me enjoy it as much as i did but i was still hoping it will deeper than it really is
