Yeah, the biggest problem of "Psycho-Pass" is that basically all the characters changed and it was a huge disappointment for me since I really liked the characters in the first season... That's the main reason why I haven't particularly appreciated the other seasons D:
Anyway, a great Sci-Fi/Ciyberpunk anime (one of my favourite of all times) is "Texhnolyze", if you haven't already watched it I definitely recommend it to you, I'm sure you won't be disappointed <3
And an amazing Thriller anime is "Monster", it's a masterpiece, I'm really convincend that the author is a genius to have though about something like this!
