An old classic. Young maiden gets teleported into a book. This is quite a dramatic and romantic anime. I also shed a couple of tears while watching this series. 

Overall, one of the great old Isekai anime. Fushigi Yuugi opens the scene on a young girl Miaka, one day she finds herself in a mysterious library and then she's teleported into the book. 

Ps; it lowkey gets a lil fucked up by the end.

it is extremely brutal but nevertheless, it delivers.

Diverse warriors from different eras find themselves in a strange world after death. Our main character, a Samurai Shimazu Toyohisa finds himself as one of the members of the greatest warriors. Heading to battle against other amazing warriors. It's basically a Death Game.

A must watch, A man finds himself in his last moments after getting stabbed. Once he dies he finds himself in another dimension, only this time he was no longer human, instead, he's now a slime. 

Loving gaming so much that you get teleported into another dimension where you can play all you want? YES PLEASE.

Re;Zero has by farrr made a big impact in the isekai community. With it's crazy romance issue and twists.

OHHH MANNNNNNN, I've delayed it but its here. 

When I watched the rising of the shield hero, I was mad at the way the Mc was being treated. But when the tables finally turnedddddddddd , girllll I was like so hype.

SAO 1 is alright, the whole series was great ofc that is until they turned it into a harem.

But SAO is basically about virtual reality. Kirito plays video games on a daily, one day while on virtual reality he finds himself unable to log off the server. Turned out he was now stuck in the game and to make matters worse, if you were to die in the game then that also meant you will die in your own world as well. 

Overall, I think every anime beginner should watch SAO.
