It just isn't my taste, my friend convinced me to watch it, but I couldn't continue a couple episodes after Kyoya threatened her.
Currently watching Kill La Kill, though, and I'm quite invested in it.
I checked out the animes you've watched, wanted to watch, etc. and if you're not opposed, I'd like to make a couple of recommendations.
Assassination Classroom - based on you wanting to watch Danganronpa
Noragami - based on you watching Soul Eater. I dunno if you'd like it, though haha
I'll also recommend Kill La Kill based on MHA or because I'm watching it and I think it's really good haha
A couple good ones that I personally like are Banana Fish, Cowboy Bebop, Highschool of the Dead, Elfen Lied, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (When They Cry), I feel like you'd really like Your Name, Corpse Party (only if you can stomach gore, same with Higurashi), Death Note, Shiki, and Future Diary.
I feel you might like slice of life animes, too, so maybe check out Celestial Method, When Supernatural Battles Became Commonplace, BanG Dream!, Locodol, and Wake Up, Girls!
