This is one of those low-key BL anime. It hints at the two main characters being in love but never really "get together." In my opinion, those are the best BLs because it's not all fan service. I think it's more evident that they love each other more than like Banana Fish or Antidote because the side characters mention it a lot and them being "destined" for each other comes up a lot too. The ending is amazing and I feel that everything finally falls into place. If you focus too much on what every little detail means then you'll get lost due to the quick pace. I think the pacing does add to the story though. There are plenty of scenes that are fruity if that's what you're concerned about but they never kiss. It does delve into deep topics such as trauma and such and the overall art style and mood of the plot are creepy but I've never seen an anime like this and I can't get enough of it. The story was a little scrambled at times so that's why I took off 2 points for that. The characters' voices were very fitting and refreshing, especially Rihito Hiyakawa's and "sensei's". ALSO, THE OPENING AND ENDING SONGS ARE SO GOOD. OP IS SAIKA AND THE ENDING SONG IS BREAKERS.
