Hisoka is attracted to powerful ppl which is why he shows his perverted attraction not only towards Killua and Gon (whose muscular bodies make them look absolutely nothing like kids, far from "prepubescent" LMAO) but also Chrollo, Illumi, and Machi. In fact, Killua and Gon's bodies make them look more like 16-18 year olds than 12-14 year olds.
