Based of a manga of the same name, this is a one episode OVA. Our hero is named Ling and he comes from the white dragon clan. The people from this clan are born with jewels, Ling's jewel was abnormal and he was not accepted by his people. So he's sent to mingle with humans. We find him at a high school, he defends a girl from some thugs. We learn that his girl is a clone and these people are trying to take her back to their lab for experiments. He name is Fukuya by the way..or she's the clone of a girl named Fukuya. There is Naoki who is also a clone, the clone of the real Fukuya's boyfriend. Than there's Sugiura who cloned these people because he wants to clone his sick mother. They were cloned through asexual reproduction. Ling saves Fukuya, but learns that she has a short life span.

The animation is poor for what you would expect from an OVA. Close ups weren't bad, but action scenes looked crude. The songs are fine, decent. The characters have no development since it's only an episode. I would only recommend this to a fan of the manga. This seemed obscure.
