Well, I can say you barely read much. What you describe are the 2 first chapters, the story truly starts on the 3rd chapter. Might wanna read a little more before rating anything, especially the plot & the characters, as none are presented on the first 2 chapters (apart from the MC's past).
it has more than 1 chapter and that about the god is all to set the stage to his third life Just read the title and you'll understand it. The story is actually good. But even though you're read only the first chapter I don't understand why is the art 1/10 when its clearly not bad...
