I honestly don't see any flaws in this show. The characters are amazing, the animation is amazing, the story is fun and interesting, and it's a really funny show! Even the filler episodes are great. 10/10, favorite show ever. However, if you need a strong plotin your shows, Saiki probably isn't for you. It's pretty plotless and mostly just something fun to watch and laugh at.
