I discovered anime-planet a few years ago when I exploring someone's YouTube channel and I clicked the link. I then saw the characters she likes; for example, Alucard from Hellsing, Haruhi from Ouran Highschool Host Club Light and Ryuk from Death Note and Chii from Chobits; and characters she didn't like; for example, Amy from Sonic X, L from Death Note, Krad from D.N.Angel and Tamaki from Ouran Highschool Host Club. I then thought, I want to try this out too. And that's how I became a part of anime-planet and became an otaku.
