The manga 'a world ruled by cats' is highly recommended! 

I remember binging the whole thing in one night I couldn't keep my eyes off the screen! Although I found it a struggle to find I still finished it. The ending brought tears to my eyes! I score this manga very high, the art was outstanding, characters were beautiful people each unique and the storyline blew e away! Despite its lack of popularity I still highly recommend it! It would be a shame not to read it!
